Arthritis Aquatics A low impact class with a choice of intensity that is based on each individual’s abilities. The warm water helps relieve pain and stiffness as well as increase joint flexibility.

Aquatic Boot Camp This is a high intensity and impact class for those looking to get a great workout. This class focuses on core strength, muscle strength and toning, and cardio. We recommend wearing water shoes and bring a water bottle.

Aqua Zumba® High impact and intensity. Aqua Zumba® blends the Zumba® philosophy with traditional water fitness into a safe, challenging, water-based workout that’s cardio conditioning, body toning and exhilarating!

Deep Water Fitness No impact with moderate to high intensity. This is a dynamic, total-body workout. Students use equipment for floating, support and resistance. No swim skills are required however participants must be comfortable in the deep water.

Low Intensity Fitness Training (LIFT) Low impact with variable intensity.
