FORO ASSE ORIZZONTALE E VERTICALE Le pinze, che rappresentano sicuramente la soluzione più efficace ai problemi di movimentazione dei coils, vengono realizzate adottando sistemi che consentono una significativa riduzione del peso e degli ingombri strutturali a favore del carico da movimentare, nel rispetto della sicurezza e dell’efficienza produttiva. The C-hooks are made using high quality materials and technologies in order to guarantee maximum safety and efficiency for the operators.

I ribaltatori vengono realizzati sia in versione elettromeccanica che elettroidraulica, per permettere al singolo operatore di orientare carichi grandi e pesanti con facilità ed estrema sicurezza.

The tilters are made in both electro-mechanical and electro-hydraulic versions, to allow a single operator to steer large and heavy loads easily and very safely.

BILANCIERI

Le pinze per pacchi lamiera vengono realizzate per permettere al singolo operatore di lavorare in piena sicurezza ed autonomia durante le fasi di movimentazione.

I bilancieri servono per movimentare svariate tipologie di materiali siderurgici e non solo. Possono essere utilizzati singolarmente o in abbinamento con altre attrezzature, permettendo così una rapida riconfigurazione a seconda del materiale da movimentare.

GRABS FOR SHEET METAL PACKS The clamps for packs of sheet metal are made to allow a single operator to work safely and independently during handling operations. Customisation on request Capacity: From 1 Tonne to 45 Tonnes.

LIFTING BEAMS The lifting beams are used to handle various types of steel materials and more. They can be used individually or in combination with other equipment, thus allowing for fast reconfiguration according to the material to be handled. Customisation on request Capacity: up to 150 Tonnes.

CARRELLI TRASLATORI I carrelli traslatori o passacampata sono adatti alla movimentazione a terra di coils, pacchi lamiera, bramme o altre tipologie di materiale per permettere al singolo operatore di orientare carichi grandi e pesanti con facilità ed estrema sicurezza. Le configurazioni sono numerose e vengono scelte a seconda delle esigenze del cliente e delle caratteristiche dello stabilimento. Personalizzazione su richiesta Portata: Da 5 Ton. a 300 Ton.

TRANSFER CARTS The transfer carts are suitable for handling coils, packs of sheet metal, slabs or other types of material on the ground, and allow a single operator to steer large and heavy loads easily and very safely. Al fine di tutelare la salute e la sicurezza degli operatori, eseguiamo tutte le verifiche previste dalla norma UNI ISO 12482.

In order to protect the health and safety of operators, we carry out all the inspections required by Standard UNI ISO 12482.

L’origine di Conte risale al lontano 1908 quando Antonio Conte fonda a Montebelluna (TV - Italy) la propria Officina Meccanica specializzata nella produzione di componenti meccanici e strutture per la carpenteria.

The origins of Conte date back to 1908, when Antonio Conte founded, in Montebelluna (TV Italy), his own Mechanical Workshop specialising in the production of mechanical components and structures for carpentry.

1970

A partire dagli anni ’70 l’azienda, sensibile alle necessità dei propri clienti, inizia a sviluppare le prime attrezzature per la movimentazione di materiali. Con il passare degli anni, diversi settori iniziarono ad accorgersi dei vantaggi in termini di sicurezza ed efficienza ottenuti dall’utilizzo delle soluzioni di movimentazione, l’offerta dei nostri prodotti si è così ampliata e sviluppata.

Since the ‘70s, the company, aware of its customers’ needs, began to develop its first material handling equipment.
