And XO makes two series of grills to accommodate your needs. PRO-GRADE SERIES: Ready to graduate to a whole new outdoor cooking experience, PRO-GRADE is for you. The XO PRO-GRADE is a great grill in its own right but it is engineered for a wider spectrum of cooking methods as well. Captive hollow ceramic briquettes trays act as flame tamers vaporizing drippings to create that amazing smokey flavor of the grill. They also absorb and distribute heat acrooss the cooking surface. The fire box and hood have more interior height to accommodate larger roasts and other types of cooking. That is why the rotisserie and heat zone dividers are included (you are sure to make good use of them). PRO-GRADE also has a much deeper secondary rack which will hold a quarter size baking sheet. Below - cast stainless steel burners, weighing in at 7 lbs each deliver up to 22,000 btus and of course, the PRO-STYLE grills also include one of our signature, fast-reacting InfraRed ceramic burners capable of quickly adjusting between 400 º and 1000º. They are all about grilling and value. These machines have a reduced interior volume with continuous stainless steel flame tamers. The reduced height in the grill box brings the cooking grates closer to the powerful stainless steel “U” tube burners, concentrating the heat where a master griller needs it. The shorter profile and reduced mass of the flame tamers enable you to preheat quicker and serve those hungry guests faster. The XLT has options available like heat zone dividers and rotisseries. Limited Lifetime Parts Warranty The stainless steel grill body, stainless steel grill burners, and cooking grates are warranted to be free from defects in material and workmanship when subjected to normal domestic use and maintenance for the lifetime of the original purchaser. This warranty excludes surface corrosion, scratches, and discoloration, which may occur during normal use. This warranty is limited to the replacement of the defective parts, with the owner paying a processing fee and all other costs, including labor. Failure to perform required maintenance will void this warranty. Five Year Limited Parts Warranty The following grill parts are warranted to be free from defects in material and workmanship, when subjected to normal domestic use and maintenance, for a period of five (5) years from the original date of purchase; warming racks, spit rods, briquette trays, manifolds, gas valves and infrared burners.
