We discovered Heritage Lake in 2023 & fell in love with the Cottage! If you know Cheryl, you know she loves to craft, so we aimed to create a space for people to get away, gather, and be creative Nicholas focused on a place to read, write, and relax. Welcome! The front door has a keypad entry for easy check-in. The code will be emailed to you a day before your arrival. To unlock (and lock), press the keypad to light up, then the code, then the check mark. If it does not open, pull the door closed tightly and try again You can also message us to lock/unlock remotely

The Cottage is part of the Heritage Lake community, but the lake and amenities can only be used with Cheryl, sorry!

The third bedroom has a queen b and sleeps 1-2. The room also includes a nightstand with readi lamp, plus dresser and closet spa
Bedrooms 2 and 3 share a full bath in the hallway. Shampoo, conditioner, body wash, soap, lotion, ear plugs, and make-up remover are provided

THINGS TO KNOW
For dining, there is a bar counter that seats two Otherwise, grab a tray table to eat in the living room. The crafting tables can be used for large dinners, otherwise use the two picnic tables outside, if weather permits For snacks, popcorn bowls can be found in the pantry, and skewers are on the counter. Bring your own s'mores supplies!

The Living Room has a sectional sofa and 2 sitting chairs where you can kick back and watch tv or movie Access to YouTubeTV is included, or put on a DVD found in the boat shelf. A 2nd tv is available in the Craft Room/Workspace!
A (new!) washing machine and dryer are available in the laundry room including detergent sheets No need for you to do laundry on vacation, though, so at the end of your stay, just collect your dirty items in the basket found in each room
BARBECUE
Outside in the side lot, there is a grill available for use. Bring your own charcoal!

We’ll adjust the thermostat before you arrive & after you leave, but feel free to adjust during your visit

There are six 5 foot tables for crafting Bring your own projects (or work on a puzzle or diamond painting) Some supplies available for purchase
ROAST S’MORES
Bring your own supplies for s’mores! A box with skewers can be found in the kitchen to take out to the firepit.
PLAY YARD GAMES
Enjoy a friendly game of cornhole, archery, checkers, or yahtzee, available in storage bins around the fire pit. Keys to unlock the bins are in the kitchen.
RELAX IN HAMMOCK
Two hammocks are located in the Outdoor Living storage bin Grab the key in the kitchen and then relax outside near the picnic tables
READ A BOOK
You will find lots of books scattered around the house for you to read. Grab a book and find a nook to read!
WATCH A MOVIE
Both TVs have access to YouTubeTV, & the one in the living room has a DVD player with several movie options. Don’t forget some popcorn in the pantry!
