The Extended Curriculum Programme (ECP) is for prospective South African Human Resource (HR) students who meet the minimum admission requirements, but may fall short on the admission point score (APS) for the mainstream programme.
As an organisational function, Human Resource Management (HRM) manages all issues that relate to an organisation’s people, its culture, and environment. It allows employees to contribute effectively and efficiently to a company’s productivity, enabling it to achieve its goals and objectives.
HRM teaches you how to provide employees with the knowledge, required tools, training, administrative services, coaching, and legal and management advice the organisation needs to operate successfully.
