WHAT YOU NEED
Minimum Admission Requirements
National Senior Certificate (NSC/ Grade 12) with:
• English (4)
• Mathematics (4); or Technical Mathematics (5)
National Certificate:
• Mathematics (N4/ 60%)
• ES (N4/ 60%
National Certificate Vocational (NCV)
• English (60−69%)/ (5)
• Mathematics (60−69%)/ (5)
The department utilises an Admission Point Score (APS) as selection criteria once your minimum admission requirements are satisfied. You have to score a minimum of 25 on the APS for the mainstream course, and 23–24 for the Extended Curriculum Programme (ECP).
