WHAT YOU NEED

Minimum Admission Requirements

National Senior Certificate (Grade 12) with:

• English (4)

• Mathematics (2) or

• Mathematical Literacy (4)

AND as one of the following (for the Mainstream and ECP):

• Accounting (4), Economics (4), Business Studies (4)

The department utilises an Academic Point Score (APS) as selection criteria once the minimum admission requirements are satisfied. You need a minimum score of 26 with Mathematics or 28 with Mathematical Literacy for the mainstream programme. APS scores of 24 with Mathematics and 26 with Mathematical Literacy will be placed on the Extended Curriculum Programme (ECP).

Note: Part-time students must be employed full-time and have relevant practical experience (i.e., marketing-related).
