My name is Zoe Lebrilla and I have been given the honor to serve as this year’s Pilipino Graduation President. With my amazing board, planning this year’s event would not have been possible. I would like to also thank our advisor, Dr. Flores, and Barkada’s Wav-E Board for all their help and support.
Our theme for this year’s Pilipino Graduation is “Isang Pangarap: Tayo'y Magsaya, Merong Tayong Isang Natupad Ng Pangarap” or “One Dream: Let’s Rejoice, We Fulfilled A Dream”. As a graduate myself, I looked back on what graduation meant to me. It has always been a dream of mine to graduate and be able to give back to my family after all of their sacrifice. This theme serves as a reminder to celebrate all moments, especially a dream come true.
To the graduates of 2025, congratulations! This milestone in your life is only possible through your hard work and the supporters that loved you through it all. Though this dream has been fulfilled, may you find a new one in your future endeavors.

Chris Punsalan is a visual media graduate from Nevada State College whose work is deeply rooted in compassion and storytelling. For nearly a decade, he served as the primary caregiver for his grandmother until her passing in January 2024. His caregiving journey inspired him to become a passionate advocate for caregivers around the world. Today, Chris is an author and content creator using his voice to uplift, educate, and support others navigating similar paths.
