As a result of the recent COVID-19 Pandemic, we follow the guidelines provided by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, and the World Health Organization and take all the necessary precautions to protect our offices and project sites, thus ensuring business continuity across the company.

Perimeter Mall , Atlanta, GA Interior construction of a 30,000 sq. ft. retail store at Perimeter Mall.

Krispy Kreme

The Mall Of San Juan, San Juan, PR Interior construction of a 650 sq. ft. store at The Mall of San Juan.

ZARA

Lenox Mall , Atlanta, GA Interior construction of a 28,500 sq. ft. retail store.

Accomplishments: Project was completed in 11 weeks just for a Black Friday Opening.

NESTLÉ

New Administrative Office Facility Office/Tenant Improvements | Caguas, PR Provided turnkey services for the fit up of 34,000 SF of leased space at the San Juan Industrial Park.

The new facilities provided office space for 160 people and included conference rooms, cafeteria, data center and specialty areas. The scope of services included permitting, procurement, design, and construction. Once construction was completed, CPM Builders provided occupancy logistics and relocation services.

Microsoft

New Offices Facilities, Guaynabo, PR This project consisted of the interior construction of approximately 13,000 sq. ft. to house Microsoft’s new office facilities. The interior design represents the future workplace vision promoting open communication, collaboration, and major flexibility in the workplace.

Construction management at risk services were provided for the interior construction.

Zara Women & Kids Plaza Las Americas, San Juan, PR

Interior remodel of a 16,000 SF ft. women and kids clothing retail store. Fully completed the project in 10 weeks.

Daniel Espinosa Jewelry Store Mall Of San Juan , San Juan, PR

CPM Builders was responsible for the interior construction of a 1,000 sq. ft. at The Mall of San Juan.

Mall Of San Juan , San Juan, PR Men, women and kids clothing store at The Mall of San Juan. Responsible for the construction management, architectural finishes and plumbing of a 20,600 sq. ft.

Successfully completed the project in 8 weeks.

Open Mobile

Plaza Las Americas, San Juan, PR Plaza Palma Real, Humacao, PR Remodeling of two Open Mobile branches located at a major shopping center in Puerto Rico.

Interior construction of a 650 sq. ft. store at The Mall of San Juan.

Plaza Las Americas, San Juan, PR

Interior remodeling of a 6,000 sf men clothing retail store.

Zara Store At The Mall At Green Hills Nashville, TN

Interior construction of a 37,000 sq. ft. retail store at The Mall at Green Hills.

Palmetto Senior High School

This project consists of 120,000 sq. ft. of new construction to include administrative offices, student services, and vocational labs such as web design, drafting and design, health science, and business technology; new art wing, photo studio lab, gymnastics space, dance room, music room, and black box theater, new cafeteria building, technology labs, and an indoor and outdoor dining facility adjacent to a central courtyard. CPM Builders was hired by Thornton Construction Company to be the reinforced concrete structural subcontractor.
