• AAHM launches at the beginning of April and runs through the month. Please prioritize AAHM in your V1 position.
• AAHM displays should take an A-location within the branch (V1). Please remember all National Awareness Month displays should be prominently displayed within every branch. This will ensure equal representation throughout the year.
• Branches are encouraged to celebrate Awareness Months throughout the year with the use of provided Marketing materials.
• For more information on visual positions and the VM Calendar, please refer to the Visual Merchandising homepage in Rufus. Both are further explained in this document.
• Bibliocommons lists are available from MSA. (see page 5)
• If there are any questions on how to prioritize or determine visual positions within displays, please reach out to Chris Keegan.
VM Suggestions:
• Even if there are little to no materials at your branch, please create a display with any relevant materials by using these suggestions from MSA.
• While the purpose of our displays is providing materials for customers to check out, these displays are meant to spread awareness and show representation. Therefore, we can at least promote our systemwide event alongside a curated selection of materials.
