Our Story RAA Nordic Brasserie & Bar is inspired by the elegant simplicity of the Nordic nature, a unique force of nature rising from the four elements Fire, Air, Water & Earth.

We wanted to set the scene for a brasserie where you could enjoy, be inspired, enthused and have fun whether you are out for a couples celebration or a work dinner. RAA Nordic Brasserie & Bar is framed by the beautiful design of WingĂĽrdh serving Nordic food and cool drinks under the atrium of our Aarhus skylight.

At RAA Nordic Brasserie & Bar you will find that we celebrate the diversity and creativity of the nature through food and drink – while having fun and enjoying your company.

About the Design “When designing the RAA Nordic Brasserie & Bar we wanted to set the scene for a brasserie where you could enjoy, be inspired, enthused and have fun. About the designers Wingårdhs is a Swedish design office, specialized in architecture, urban planning and interior design.

Wingårdhs has three offices in Sweden

Our FOOD Aarhus is the food capital of western Denmark and we knew from the start that we wanted our menu to let the great fare of the Nordics be the centre of attention.

The Nordics offer the best of ingredients and a wide range of selection, where everything from local farming to Nordic seafood is just outside the door and we have challenged ourselves to make a diverse menu allowing you to get a taste of it all. You can put together your own menu, have a simple dish or two or just sit back and let us serve you the best of the best. Whatever you prefer - we are confident that you will be leaving with a smile on your face.

Our Drinks Cocktails, drinks and beverages has grown into an art and at RAA Nordic Brasserie & Bar we love challenging ourselves and designing new experiences for you.

Our bartenders are among the best in town and their passion for flavour and ‘zest’ is sure to broaden your horizon in the world of beverages and leave you curios to challenge your own favourites.

You will find that several of the syrups and flavours, even the Tonic Water, is homemade to bring out the best of the best on our drinks menu.

Our Style It is said that ‘good people bring out the good in people’ – and at RAA Nordic Brasserie & Bar this is our reality.

We are a team of ‘foodies’ loving good food and drinks and we see out Brasserie as an extension of our own living rooms where we want you to relax, enjoy and have fun. Denmark is know for its ‘hygge’ and we see it as our purpose to live this way of life and tell you the stories of our heritage, our food, our drinks and our people.
