Cal Poly Pomona’s College of Professional and Global Education (CPGE) is advancing workforce readiness through innovative, industry-aligned learning opportunities. This Year 1 Impact Report highlights the launch and growth of the NASH–Google Career Certificates initiative—expanding access to in-demand skills, strengthening partnerships, and empowering learners to build confidence and career momentum.
From pilot to scale, the report showcases measurable outcomes across participation, learner experience, skill development, and early workforce impact. With 252 learners engaged across 20 programs, participants are gaining practical, job-relevant skills in areas like AI, data analytics, project management, and digital marketing—preparing them to thrive in a rapidly evolving workforce.
