UNIVERSAL CREDIT UPDATE AND TACTICS

Universal credit (UC) changes all the time, as the law is amended, as it is implemented in practice, and as local delivery changes. This course is an opportunity for experienced advisers to get up to date with the latest developments. You will be able to share experiences of UC and discuss legal and practical approaches to best support clients.

The course covers:

■ Changes to the legislation and recent caselaw affecting UC

■ Current legal challenges

■ Common practical problems in UC and approaches to tackle them

This course is aimed at experienced advisers confident about covering issues in detail.
