Every job starts here in the design office. We have a full professional design team consisting of architects, structural engineers and design engineers who work closely with the client’s architect on modelling their vision and offering design and finishing solutions to enhance their original designs.

We have made significant investment in our HQ and LEAN production facility where up to 80% of the construction for each school project takes place. As a result we have increased safety, reduced waste and increased speed of construction. In fact, up to 50% faster than traditional methods. Our professional construction team onsite manage everything from planning, ground works, installation and fitout within a very short time period onsite. All works meet and exceed Dept of technical guidance regulations.

We’re very happy to be working with the Department of Education and are very proud of the number of schools that we have been able to deliver in the past number of years. We know that we are not just constructing buildings. We are delivering high quality educational facilities that will last many generations.

Short term space provision, especially in the in the Education sector, has traditionally seen the provision of “Grey Box” style premanufactured units. This type of product, although purposely designed to suit a limited lifespan, can often lack relevance and optimal performance if used past the limited lifespan resulting in possible costly maintenance and much higher operational costs particularly in regard to heating and cooling.

Why Hybrid or Enhanced Modular?

To achieve the look, feel and performance of an architecturally designed, traditionally built, structure but delivered utilising Modern Methods of Construction. Manufactured off site to the highest quality and building standards delivered in less than 50% of the time taken to build from the ground up (actual time “on site” can be up to 80% less than traditional build).

Benefits of considerably longer use in optimal performance together with prolonged cost savings on maintenance, heating, and cooling. A greatly improved

community acceptance and user experience is also achievable with Hybrid Modular.

Hybrid Modular or Enhanced Modular

Both of our advanced systems comply with all regulatory requirements and offer great opportunities for beautiful architectural design. In addition, both are “3D Volumetric” systems manufactured under strict quality controlled conditions utilising Building Information Modelling (BIM). Nevertheless, our Enhanced Modular is a modern alternative construction method for long lifespan buildings and while Hybrid Modular solutions can be built up to 2 storey high, Enhanced Modular can be up to 4 storey.

Our Enhanced Modular System is a factory manufactured structural building system comprising of 3D volumetric cold rolled steel frames with LGS infill panels for buildings not more than 30m in height. The Enhanced Modular system has also successfully completed stringent independent testing for compliance with Fire and Acoustic building regulations.
