Both of our advanced systems comply with all regulatory requirements and offer great opportunities for beautiful architectural design. In addition, both are “3D Volumetric” systems manufactured under strict quality controlled conditions utilising Building Information Modelling (BIM). Nevertheless, our Permanent Modular is a modern alternative construction method for long lifespan buildings and while Hybrid Modular solutions can be built up to 4 storey high, Permanent Modular can be up to 10 storey.
Our Permanent Modular System is a offsite manufactured structural building system comprising of 3D volumetric cold rolled steel frames with LGS infill panels for buildings not more than 30m in height. The Modular system has also successfully completed stringent independent testing for compliance with building regulations.
