Chairman and Chief Executive Officer, BNY Mellon
Gerald L. Hassell is Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of The Bank of New York Mellon Corporation, a global investments company dedicated to helping institutions, corporations and individual investors manage and service their financial assets throughout the investment lifecycle. BNY Mellon delivers informed investment management and investment services in 35 countries and more than 100 markets. The company can act as a single point of contact for clients looking to create, trade, hold, manage, service, distribute or restructure investments.

As of June 30, 2015, the company had $28.6 trillion in assets under custody and/or administration, and $ 1.7 trillion in assets under management. It ended the second quarter of 2015 with total assets of $396.5 billion and a market capitalization of $46.4 billion. The company has more than 50,000 employees worldwide. Mr. Hassell has spent his entire career with BNY Mellon, beginning in The Bank of New York's management development program. He has had direct management responsibility for the company's broad range of investment services businesses, including asset servicing and issuer, broker-dealer, treasury and clearing services, as well as operations and technology. He was named to The Bank of New York’s executive committee in 1994, and named president and elected to its Board of Directors in 1998. In 2011, Mr. Hassell was named Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of BNY Mellon.
Mr. Hassell holds an MBA in finance from the New York University Stern School of Business and a BA in economics from Duke University.
Mr. Hassell is also on the Board of Directors of Comcast Corporation and the Board of Trustees of Duke University. In addition he is on the Board of Visitors of Columbia University Medical Center and the boards of the New York Philharmonic, the Economic Club of New York and the National September 11 Memorial & Museum. He is also a member of the Financial Services Forum and is Vice Chairman of Big Brothers Big Sisters of New York City.
Oscar Munoz is President and Chief Operating Officer of CSX Corporation, a premier North American transportation company based in Jacksonville, Fla., that provides rail, intermodal and rail-to-truck transload services across a broad array of markets. He has responsibility for operations, sales and marketing, human resources, labor relations, service design, information technology, purchasing and other administrative functions at this Fortune 250 company with nearly 32,000 employees serving the eastern United States and two Canadian provinces.
Mr. Munoz joined CSX in 2003 as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer, responsible for all financial, strategic planning, information technology and real estate activities. He served with distinction, directing strategic capital that drove long-term value creation and ensured consistent shareholder rewards. Since he joined CSX, the company’s stock value has increased more than 500 percent and earnings per share have increased more than 900 percent.
In 2012, Mr. Munoz was appointed Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer, responsible for all aspects of the company’s rail and intermodal service delivery. Under his leadership, the railroad has produced record safety performance and some of the highest service and customer satisfaction levels in company history.
Named President in February 2015, Mr. Munoz works with the Chairman and Chief Executive Officer to execute CSX’s core strategy of delivering service excellence to capitalize on long-term growth opportunities and create sustainable value for customers, shareholders and the communities the company serves.
Prior to joining CSX in 2003, Mr. Munoz served as chief financial officer and vice president of AT&T Consumer Services. He also has held key executive positions with other consumer products companies including The Coca Cola Company and PepsiCo.
Mr. Munoz earned his Bachelor of Science from the University of Southern California and his Master of Business Administration from Pepperdine University. He is a member of the board of directors of United Air Lines, where he chairs the Audit Committee. He was also appointed by the Florida Board of Governors to serve on the Board of Trustees of the University of North Florida.

President and Chief Executive Officer, DTCC
Michael C. Bodson is President and Chief Executive Officer of DTCC. He is also President and Chief Executive Officer of DTCC’s principal operating subsidiaries, DTC, FICC and NSCC; Chairman of the Board of Managers of Omgeo, LLC and a member of DTCC’s Board.
In his prior position as DTCC’s Chief Operating Officer, Bodson had enterprise-wide responsibility for all Information Technology and Operations and oversaw DTCC Deriv/SERV LLC and EuroCCP. Bodson joined DTCC in 2007 as Executive Managing Director for Business Management and Strategy.
Prior to this, he held a number of senior management positions with Morgan Stanley over a 20-year period. In his last position at Morgan Stanley, Bodson was Global Head of the Institutional, Retail and Asset Management Operations Department. He previously served as Divisional Operations Officer for the Institutional Securities Group and Head of the Enterprise Information Group. He served as Head of Finance, Administration and Operations for Morgan Stanley Japan in Tokyo and prior to that, held similar responsibilities for Morgan Stanley Asia in Hong Kong.

Roger W. Crandall is Chairman, President and Chief Executive Officer of Massachusetts Mutual Life Insurance Company (MassMutual), headquartered in Springfield, Mass.
During Mr. Crandall’s tenure as CEO, MassMutual has grown to serve more than five million customers, reached a record $639 billion in assets under management and strengthened its industry-leading position as a financially-strong mutual company run for the benefit of its policyowners and customers. MassMutual provides holistic financial solutions through a broad range of businesses, which include its domestic insurance and retirement businesses, asset management subsidiaries (including OppenheimerFunds, Babson Capital Management LLC, Cornerstone Real Estate Advisers LLC, Baring Asset Management Limited), and MassMutual International, which has insurance operations in China, Japan, and Taiwan. MassMutual is a top 100 company on the FORTUNE 500 and a FORTUNE World’s Most Admired Company.
Mr. Crandall first joined MassMutual in 1988 as a real estate investment trainee and spent the first 12 years of his career in the company’s Investment Management Department. In 2000, he joined Babson Capital, where he gradually assumed broader management responsibilities in such areas as public and private bonds, bank loans, and private equity investments. In 2005, Mr. Crandall was appointed Chairman of Babson Capital and MassMutual’s Chief Investment Officer, and in 2007 he added the role of Co-Chief Operating Officer. He was named MassMutual’s President and joined the company’s Board of Directors in 2008, and was named CEO in 2010.
In addition to his role at MassMutual, Mr. Crandall takes an active leadership role in industry, civic and economic development organizations. He is Chairman of the Board of Directors of the American Council of Life Insurers, and a member of the Smithsonian National Board. Mr. Crandall also serves on the Wharton Board of Leadership Advisors, the Business Roundtable, the Massachusetts Competitive Partnership, the Massachusetts Governor’s Council of Economic Advisors, and the Corporate Advisory Board for The Boston Club, which promotes the advancement of women to leadership positions. Mr. Crandall, a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA), is a graduate of the University of Vermont with a bachelor’s degree in Economics. He earned his MBA with honors from the Wharton School of Business at the University of Pennsylvania.

Chairman and CEO, New York Life Insurance
Ted Mathas is Chairman of the Board and Chief Executive Officer of New York Life Insurance Company, the nation’s largest mutual life insurer with more than $500 billion in assets under management. As chief executive, Mr. Mathas is responsible for running all aspects of the company, including U.S. and Mexico operations. The core business includes life insurance, retirement income, investment management, and long-term care insurance.
Mr. Mathas has been a director of the company since July 2006. In July 2007, Mr. Mathas was named President by the Board of Directors. He became Chief Executive Officer on July 1, 2008. On June 1, 2009, Mr. Mathas became Chairman of the Board of Directors, retaining the title of President and CEO.
In August 2014, Mr. Mathas was appointed a member of the Federal Advisory Committee on Insurance, a group of state legislators and regulators, insurance executives, college professors and consumer advocates that advises the Federal Insurance Office of the U.S. Department of the Treasury.
He also serves on the boards of The Financial Services Roundtable, where he is a member of the board's Executive Committee, the U.S. Chamber of Commerce, the American Museum of Natural History, the Partnership for New York City, the Norfolk Collegiate School, and the Hackley School. In addition, he recently served as industry chair of the American Council of Life Insurers.
Mr. Mathas graduated with an A.B. from Stanford University, with distinction, in 1989. He received a J.D. from the University of Virginia in 1992, where he was a member of the Virginia Law Review and the Order of the Coif. He and his wife, Keryn, live in Armonk, New York, with their three children.

Chairman and Senior Partner, PwC
Bob Moritz is the Chairman and Senior Partner of the US firm of PwC, after having been re-elected by the US partnership in January 2013 to serve another four-year term ending June 30, 2017. He is also a member of the PwC global network leadership team, which includes the senior partners from the network's four largest territories. Prior to July 2009, Bob served as the Assurance Leader of the US firm from 2006 to 2009; and from 2004 to 2006 was the Managing Partner of the New York office and Metro Region.
Bob joined the firm in 1985 and became a partner in 1995. From 1998 to 2001, he served as the Metro Region Financial Services Leader. From 2001 to 2004, he led the Financial Services Audit and Business Advisory practice, which includes the banking, capital markets, insurance, investment management and real estate sectors.
Bob served a three-year tour in PwC Tokyo, providing audit and advisory services to numerous European and US-based financial services organizations operating in Japan.
He is a graduate of the State University of New York at Oswego and is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, the New York State Society of CPAs and the New Jersey State Society of CPAs. He is the chair of the Center for Audit Quality Governing Board and board member of the Oswego College Foundation. Other board memberships include the Atlantic Council, the Conference Board and the Partnership for New York City.
Bob resides in Westchester County, NY and has two children.

Joseph L Hooley is chairman and chief executive officer of State Street Corporation, one of the world's leading providers of financial services to institutional investors, with US$28.5 trillion in assets under custody and administration, and US$2.4 trillion in assets under management* as of March 31, 2015.
Since joining State Street in 1986, Mr. Hooley has held a number of diverse leadership positions with increasing responsibility. After leading the US Mutual Fund sales organization, he joined State Street’s shareholder servicing joint venture with Kansas City-based DST systems. From 1988 to 1990, he served as president and chief executive officer of National Financial Data Services and went on to become president and chief executive officer of Boston Financial Data Services from 1990 to 2000.
Mr. Hooley returned to State Street in 2000 to manage the company’s global investment servicing business. During this time, he played a lead role in the company’s major strategic acquisitions, including Deutsche Bank’s Global Securities Services business in 2003 and Investors Financial Services Corporation in 2007. Mr. Hooley was appointed vice chairman in 2006 and president and chief operating officer in 2008. In this role, he was responsible for all of State Street's asset servicing and trading activities worldwide, and also oversaw the company’s securities operations and its corporate technology organization. He assumed his current role in 2010.
Mr. Hooley is a director on the board of Boys & Girls Clubs of Boston, the President’s Council of the Massachusetts General Hospital, the Massachusetts Competitive Partnership (MACP) and a trustee of the board of Boston College. He is also a member of The Boston Club’s Corporate Advisory Board, which is focused on identifying and recommending qualified women candidates for openings on corporate boards. Mr. Hooley is a board member of the Federal Reserve Bank of Boston and is also a member of the Financial Services Forum in Washington, DC, a non-partisan financial and economic policy organization comprising the chief executive officers of 18 of the largest and most diversified financial services institutions doing business in the United States. He received his Bachelor of Science degree from Boston College.
