WELCOME

A MESSAGE FROM MOMENTUM RACING Just the beginning... with every successful team or individual comes a story. For those who have dedication and just the right amount of luck, a simple dream can turn into an amazing reality with endless possibilities. For Momentum Racing, our dream is just now beginning to unfold. The love and passion for the powerboat world stemmed from the love of an adrenaline rush. I have always been a bit of an adrenaline junkie, chasing anything that might give me that rush I so badly crave. About two years ago my wife and I purchased our first powerboat – A 2007 Motion 30 xp. From the moment I first got behind that wheel, we both knew this was something that would be a part of our lives for a very long time to come. From the start, this has been something that we have been able to do and enjoy together, which makes us allthe-more passionate about it. While I love being on the water for pleasure, being the adrenaline junkie that I am, I wanted more. That is when I approached my wife with the idea for Momentum Racing. An idea to take my love for boating and turn it into something way bigger than either of us could ever imagine. Momentum Racing will not only give us the platform we need to begin a racing career, but also create a huge marketing platform like no other advertisement forum can provide! Follow us on our journey and help us grow by becoming a part of the Momentum Racing Family!

OPPORTUNITY

TITLE SPONSORSHIP – This level of sponsorship is for that sponsor who wishes to take a direct stake in the success of the race team. The race team would be working exclusively for the sponsoring client and defer to the client’s wishes whenever possible. This sponsor would provide a negotiated amount of support that would cover at least 50% of the race team’s equipment needs, 50% of the travel expenses and 100% entry fees for events. All equipment would remain property of the race team unless specified otherwise.

Title Sponsorship Package Includes: • • • • • • • • • •

TITLE SPONSORSHIP PACKAGE COST = $7,000 per race for a full season + Negotiated Expenses

ASSOCIATE SPONSORSHIP – This level of

Associate Sponsorship Package Includes:

sponsorship is for that sponsor who wants a major portion of the race team’s effort directed to it’s marketing goals. The race team would defer whenever possible to the marketing goals of the sponsor. Since this is considered only partial sponsorship other Associate Sponsor’s needs would have to be considered. This sponsor would have input into the appearance of the race boat but not necessarily the race team.

• Race boat and driver appearance • Announced at event as sponsor • Driver and crew clothing advertising • Company logo on all race boats • Pit-side advertisements campaigns (banners at races) • Use of pictures or graphics of race team (during contract period) • Web marketing on momentumracingtx.com

ASSOCIATE SPONSORSHIP PACKAGE COST = $4,000 per race + Negotiated Expenses

12

SPONSORSHIP PACKAGES

HALF SEASON SPONSORSHIP – This sponsorship is the same as the associate sponsorship except in length. Due to the shortened contract period, fewer promotions and less visibility will be provided. Some obligations of the race team will be negotiated to be completed during a given part of the race season. This option is provided, in large part, so we will have an opportunity to show you what we can do for your marketing efforts.

Half Season Package Could Contain: • Driver clothing advertising • Company logo in two locations on race boat • Company logo on race support vehicles • Use of pictures or graphics of race team (during contract period) • Web marketing on momentumracingtx.com

HALF SEASON SPONSORSHIP PACKAGE COST = $3,500

STICKER SPONSORSHIP – This is a simple and direct way to advertise everywhere the race team goes. You, with help from the race team if needed, develop a 12" x 18" sticker or other advertisement to be placed prominently on the race boat or a banner. For each event the boat attends you pay a flat fee. You decide how many events to sponsor up-front and we maintain the advertisement until the specified number of events have been attended.

STICKER SPONSORSHIP PACKAGE COST = $500 - $950 per race

CUSTOM SPONSORSHIP PACKAGES – If you don’t see a package that fits your company’s needs we can create a tailored package just for your company.
