Terms: All payment must be made to the clerk of the sale Release of animal(s) will not be given until satisfactory settlement has been made.
Bids: The highest bidder shall be the buyer Incase of dispute the animal shall be sold to the person from whom the auctioneer accepted the last bid
Risk: Ownership passes to the buyer at the time of purchase. The buyer assumes ownership and responsibility for the animal(s) at this time. The sale committee is not responsible for any injury, sickness, or death of the animal beyond the sale point.
Errors: If errors are noted in the catalog, announcements will be made from the auction stand and such announcements will take precedence over the matter in the catalog
Certificates: Each animal is recorded, or will be recorded, in the Herd Book of the Association Certificates of Registration and Transfer will be recorded by the seller and furnished to the purchaser free of charge
Warranties: The Consigner guarantees right and title to property. Unless otherwise noted in the catalog or announced from the auction stand, each animal is sold as sound.
Health Requirements: Some calves are vaccinated for Brucellosis All calves are immunized for IBR and P13. A health certificate will be furnished to the buyer.
Responsibility: In submitting the entries and in selling the animals listed in the sale, the consignor subscribes to the various regulations and warranties as above set forth and assumes full responsibility for his cattle In no case, however, will the consignor be responsible for the damages beyond the selling price of the animal The sale committee assumes no responsibility, acting only as an agent, but will endeavor to protect the interest of both buyer and seller
Accidents: Neither the sale committee nor the owner will be in any way responsible for the condition of the grounds or behavior of the animals beyond reasonable care and precaution and disclaim any liability in the event of a personal accident or property loss
Frozen Embryo Package: Embryos will be sold on a per embryo basis times the number of embryos offered in the package All embryos are grade #1 unless otherwise noted Arrangements for shipping and pickup of the embryos will be the responsibility of the buyer
