6. Bid Award approval to Longview Auto and Tire for labor, parts, equipment, and materials necessary for overflow maintenance and repair services for County fleet vehicles. Total amount not to exceed $150,000.00 for the initial duration of one calendar year, with the option to extend for four additional one-year periods.

Facilities Maintenance

7. Bid Award approval to Apex Mechanical for replacement of boilers at both the Cowlitz County Administration and Annex buildings. Total cost of $300,796.00 including tax.

Information Technology

8. Bid Award approval to World Wide Technology for the replacement of the existing Avaya telecommunications. Total cost is $647,511.19.

Commissioners Office

9. Agreement approval with the Cowlitz County Humane Society for animal control, shelter, and welfare for the initial term of January 1, 2023 through December 31, 2023 unless otherwise renewed or terminated by either party upon 30 days written notice. Compensation for the first year of the Agreement shall be $363,361.85; payments will be made quarterly.
