Kentucky Angus Association News

www.kentuckyangus.org • kyangusassociation@gmail.com • @kyangusassoc • @kyangusassoc • @kyangusassociation

It has sure been a busy and little hectic this spring from getting hay up to planting crops and breeding cows. All those tasks that are just part of what we do. Summer and getting caught up are just around the corner……I hope. Although I’m not sure we ever get caught up on all the things that need done. We just wrapped up the Kentucky Angus Preview show that was back at the Fair and Expo Center in Louisville. It was a great event with an awesome set of cattle. I would like to thank all the participants and their parents for attending and supporting the Kentucky Angus Association. I would also like to thank the Preview Committee for all their hard work getting the event organized and fundraising to support it. It’s great to be a part of such a great breed of cattle with even greater families behind it. The National Junior Angus show is now set for Grand Island, NE and our Kentucky juniors are busy getting things ready to attend. They will make lifelong friends and learn many valuable lessons. We wish them safe travels and good luck as they represent Kentucky. We hope that your summer is productive and your able to make progress on the list of things needed finished while also enjoying family and friends. Continue to tell the story of what we do daily in Agriculture every chance you get. You never know when that person is going to take up the message and campaign for our success. Be sure to get out and enjoy GOD’s creation every chance you get. If myself or any of the other officers and directors can be of assistance feel free to let us know. We are here to help you in any way we can if you have concerns or ideas. See you down the road.
