EST. 2012 Brewed in Reno since 2012, The Brewer’s Cabinet and their original Tahoe Beer beckons craft beer lovers of all kinds. Since first opening, their Brew Masters have been fully empowered with no limits put on their style and creativity, which allows their passion and love for the craft to shine through in every sip. Flare, flavor and fun dominate their year-round flagship beers, signature brews such as Dirty Wookie and Dragon Punch and, their seasonal beers like Oktoberfest and the Imperial Stout. The Brew Team at BC love to collaborate with local chefs and restaurants to produce innovative and unique beers.

MOON MO O N DUNES D UNE S Moon Dunes, New England Style Hazy IPA 12OZ CANS AND DRAFT | ABV 7.5%

Moon Dunes is bursting with tropical fruits such as guava, mandarin, and grapefruit.

The mouthfeel is silky smooth with a touch of pine on the finish. Some have said that if you drink enough the man on the moon will give you a little wink.

12OZ CANS AND DRAFT | ABV 6.4% Classic, rich and complex. Toasty caramel notes dominate the aroma of the Tahoe Amber Ale, while Northwest hop varieties balance out the sweetness.

Subtle chocolate, and vanilla notes are also involved to make this beer conjure feelings of comfort and luxury.

12OZ CANS AND DRAFT | ABV 5.5% Simple and refreshing, Tahoe blonde Ale is a crisp and light Golden Ale. Brewed with German and Czech hop varieties along with Munich malt, the Blonde has a floral, semi-sweet nose with a rounded flavor and body. This is a go to summer beer and one that begs to be popped open on a hot day.

12OZ CANS AND DRAFT | ABV 7.2% Fun, chocolate and roasted flavors. This is a big, rich, Brown Ale with loads of personality, just about everybody seems to love the Dirty Wookie. With six distinct malts and gratuitous Cascade hops in the boil, drinks very smooth and balanced with an amazing creamy mouthfeel.

This is a fantastic year round beer to be enjoyed anytime.

12OZ CANS AND DRAFT | ABV 6.8% Bold and balanced West Coast IPA. What began as a one-off single hop series in the brewpub has evolved into the flagship IPA. After much refinement since those days, the Dragon Punch delivers a unique approach to a West Coast style IPA. Its copper hue paired with clean hop flavors resembling Mango, Pine and Citrus truly sets this beer apart. It’s balanced body and semi robust malt character stands up beautifully to the considerable amount of hopping this beer receives from start to finish.

12OZ CANS AND DRAFT | ABV 4.8% This is a tart kettle soured Gose style beer made with Himalayan sea salt, coriander, hibiscus, and fresh organic raspberry.

We had a blast creating and brewing this beer with Brewer’s Cabinet athlete and professional mountain biker, Teal Stetson-Lee. It’s the perfect refreshing beverage for sipping outside, after a ride or anytime at all really.

S ESEASONALS ASONALS Bru Jones RAD Ale - Summer Seasonal | ABV: 4.9% A refreshing Lager/Ale hybrid, Bru Jones is a pale beer made in the style of beers from Cologne, Germany. All German hops are used to give it a light, clean hop flavor profile. Some fruity esters are created from the traditional German yeast, and finishes smooth with grain and malt flavor. Get RAD.

Side Effects BrĂźt IPA - Fall Seasonal | ABV. 7.1% Side Effects may include; dry mouth, blurred vision and slurred speech. This super dry style IPA is a low bitterness, highly aromatic, hop forward beer. Light in color, it comes off crisp with very little to zero residual sugar. Keep up on your daily prescription to keep the side effects to a minimum.

Roaster’s Double Coffee Stout - Winter Seasonal | ABV:

8.3%

The Double Coffee Stout is like comfort food in beer form. Its complex, velvety texture and delicious toasty, soft flavor will have you looking for the nearest bear skin rug. Premium malt, hops and fresh locally roasted coffee are used in creating this year round beer.
