Walled Garden Helperby is a charming, intimate and exclusive setting for your wedding. A historic Grade II listed garden, it’s set in a picturesque North Yorkshire village in the grounds of Helperby Hall. Recently restored, the four acres of lawns and walkways were created with the flexibility for you to create your perfect marquee or tipi wedding.

Walled Garden Helperby’s historic stone cupola is licensed for wedding ceremonies; and has a capacity for 200 guests. Afterwards, party in the gardens, which provide the perfect backdrop for your marquee wedding; again for up to 200 guests. The venue’s suppliers work with you to create your dream garden celebration, with ample room for open air drinks and live music entertainment. You can even set up lawn games or a fire pit area!

Aston Hall Hotel, built in 1772 and steeped in history, offers the best of everything. It has been lovingly restored and updated with a modern, contemporary design, which is high in style whilst remaining a neutral backdrop for your wedding and keeping the original features intact.

Surrounded by 55 acres of landscaped gardens and woodland, only one minute from junction 31 of the M1 and on the doorstep of the beautiful Peak District, the setting is stunning and the location is ideally placed, making for a luxury, urban retreat.

The hotel is licensed to hold indoor civil ceremonies and civil partnerships, and in addition is licensed for outdoor ceremonies between April and September in the beautiful Pagoda on the front lawns. Aston Hall is also the only wedding venue in Sheffield with a church in the grounds, in case a traditional church wedding is preferred.

Seating up to 250 guests, the Lagonda is the ultimate suite for any wedding offering flexibility in set-up and in size. Boasting a large dance floor, contemporary neutral tones and with its own bar, Lagonda offers privacy in stylish surroundings.

Virage opened in 2018 and although located in a separate building, is in keeping with the look of the hotel and its original character, as well as being finished off to a high specification with its own individual and unique design. There is a spacious and contemporary bar area, leading through to the main function room which has floor to ceiling windows and a skylight stretching the full length of one end of the room. This fantastic space seats up to 100 for your wedding breakfast and 150 for your evening reception.

Aston Hall also has 52 stunning en-suite bedrooms to accommodate your guests, including executive bedrooms, superior and luxury bedrooms, the latter of which feature stand-alone baths and four poster beds – brides and grooms can choose from one of these bedrooms for their bridal suite.
