SARAH FAGAN - Adare Human Resource Management

Adare Human Resource Management is delighted to announce the appointment of Sarah Fagan as Managing Director. Sarah takes over the position from Derek McKay, the owner and founder of the business.

Sarah, a highly experienced HR and Employment Law practitioner, has been with Adare Human Resource Management for over five years and was most recently Consulting Practice Manager. Prior to joining the business, Sarah supported public sector employees for almost a decade in one of Ireland’s largest Secondary Teachers Unions.

Planning for this change has been underway for some time and this appointment further strengthens the business for future growth under Sarah’s direction.

Founded in 2003 by Derek, Adare Human Resource Management has grown to become one of Ireland’s leading HR, Employment Law and Health & Safety consultancies. Ownership of the business remains with Derek, who is joining the Board of Directors.

ARRAN MAHER - Teamworx

Due to continued expansion, Teamworx are delighted to announce the appointment of Arran Maher to the Team.

Arran will be joining the Hospitality & Retail Division and will have responsibility for a number of key clients in this area. Arran brings a mix of Recruitment and HR experience from his previous roles with Teagasc and the Lidon Group and is a HR Graduate of Waterford Institute of Technology. Arran prides himself on his positive, motivated attitude and is also an active Rugby Team Player in Portarlingtonn

Digital Communications Manager at Cloudtech

Cheryl John originally trained as a doctor but decided last year to take a major career decision and join Cloud Technology Limited as their Digital Communications Manager. Cheryl has always had a big online engagement and decided that this new role was a way forward that combined her interests in marketing, communications, business and technology. Since last year she has grown the company’s social media presence significantly using engaging content and blog posts across multiple channels. As a key member of the team, Cheryl also works directly with Clients implementing Zoho applications – this gives her real world experience showing the value to businesses of digitalization. Cloudtech provides total solutions for companies - including managing their people, recruitment & training processes, improving security, productivity, and efficiency.

PAUL RYAN - CEO of AuxiliaGroup

Paul Ryan (F.C.C.A) has over 30 years’ experience as a Senior Business executive having operated in General Management, Finance, Sales and Supply Chain roles primarily in the Pharmaceutical and Healthcare Industry. Paul worked with United Drug Group (UDG) plc and Uniphar plc and prior to that worked with Shannon Aerospace Ltd. He ran his own successful consultancy business for 4 years prior to partnering with Michael Broderick at Auxilia Consultants in 2020 and has recently been appointed as CEO of AuxiliaGroup. With his expertise in business including strategy, business modelling, fundraising and business development, Paul is prime for leading the team at AuxiliaGroup.
