If you missed this years’ Christmas Tree Lighting in Old Town Florence, well, you probably stayed dry. However, it takes more than an atmospheric river to keep Florence from kicking off the holidays. If you weren’t there, you also missed a fun and festive display of holiday cheer, covered hayrides around Old Town provided by Public Works Director Mile Miller. Umbrellas were the accessory of choice at the tree lighting, and the crowd cleared out shortly afterward. Tony Reed photos
