At St. Helens Market Fresh, we are committed to always to serving the needs of our community during this crisis. Customers who would like to utilize this method may call, text, email or Facebook Message their orders to the store. Curbside pick up will works as follows: 1. Orders placed before 2 pm can be pick up the same day by 4 pm with curbside payment. 2. Orders placed after 2 pm will be scheduled for pick-up the next day by 4 pm with curbside payment.
3. Orders paid via phone may be picked up anytime.
5. Customer name and contact information must be included in all orders
4. Customers will be notified of completed orders using the same method used to place the order.
7. Curbside pick-up will be available Monday through Friday.
6. Customers specify whether substitutions are acceptable.

If you take part in the Columbia Theatre’s Friday late afternoon drive-by to purchase some hot buttered popcorn, or other favorite movie items, look up!
A new marquee has been carefully hoisted into place at the historic theatre, located in St. Helens Old Town District at 212 S. First Street. Columbia Theatre coowner Leah Tillotson said funding for the new marquee came from two grants. “We had paid for the sign to be started before the COVID-19 situation happened,” she said. “The work continued and here we are.”
Tillotson described the new marquee as very close to the former marque in size and appearance. Vancouver-based Yeso Signs brought in and installed the new marquee late last week. The crew took down the old theatre sign, made adjustments for the new marquee and used a tall crane to carefully hoist the marquee into place. Tillotson, along with her husband, co-owner Lance,
said they are planning even more renovations at the historic theatre. “A downstairs bathroom, seating, carpeting, a new screen and general repair and replacement items,” she said. “The grant we have gives us another two years to get it all done. Progress may seem slow but it is all in the works.” Most recently, under the state’s social distancing guidelines, the theatre has
not been showing in-person films, but the Tillotsons did launch an innovative drive-by project on Friday evenings giving locals and visitors to the city a chance to pull up to the front of the theatre and purchase movie items, such as tubs of hot buttered popcorn.
