In memory of Amanda Martian there will be a two day summer camp for youth ages 6-12. The event will take place on June 17th and 18th. This camp will focus on basic horse handling and training as well as bible classes. Our goal is to give the children a fun, positive experience, while learning about the bible and horses.

We are in need of donations to make this camp possible. Any monetary amount would be appreciated, or we are also in need of items to be given away as prizes.

Donations greater than $50.00 will be printed on a banner at the camp and published in the local newspaper. Monetary donations will be used to defray the cost of the camp. Some of the costs include meals, prizes, and advertising. We are grateful for your support. Without your contributions this camp would not be possible.

The Bowman County Weed Board has an opening for a seasonal noxious weed spray technician to assist with noxious weed control along roadsides and on private land in Bowman County from approximately May 20- August 30. Qualified applicants should be 18 years of age, have a valid drivers license, possess the ability to identify noxious weeds, and have some experience operating ATV’s and Utility vehicles. The selected candidate will need to obtain a commercial pesticide applicator certification, which can be obtained after starting employment.
