Letica Corp is seeking to hire the following positions:
Shift Supervisor (Management) Tracking and directing all parts manufactured. Oversee production rate of skilled labor to monitor workflow, efficiency and quality. Issue corrective action notifications for program areas failing to meet the quality/delivery expectations. Supervise, oversee, train, and direct all dept associates in their daily performance of job duties as it pertains to their productivity, quality of product manufactured, housekeeping and safety. Assist the HR Manager in conducting counseling, written warnings, suspensions and discharges. Approve or deny vacation requests, time card verification, monitor attendance and taken disciplinary action if necessary, accident investigations and assigning daily work assignments. Other duties and/or jobs as assigned. Molding Technician Start-up and troubleshooting, of injection molding machines and auxiliary equipment. Color changes as necessary. Maintain steady uninterrupted supply of colorant and material to the machines. Maintain foil supply on hot stamping equipment. Production demands may fluctuate and require a flexible schedule including weekends and overtime as needed. Must also be able to work any shift schedule. In absence of Shift Supervisor responsibilities are to directly lead the shift. Other duties and/or jobs as assigned. Quality Assurance Technician Responsible of resin management and parts inspection. Collect samples from each injection molding machine, secondary process, and print line for the required attribute / dimensional / functional testing per the specified frequency. Monitor active concerns for prompt resolution and elevate issue up the Management chain if the non-conformance is not being addressed. Notify Quality Assurance Manager of any quality defects which are not corrected promptly. Identify non-conforming product with “Hold” labels and update the hold log. Perform in-process attribute verification and document checks. Record the results on the Quality Monitor. Perform first shot verification and document the results using the appropriate forms. Skilled in the use of measuring devices, such as height gages and calipers. Other duties and/or jobs as assigned. Packer Handler (ENTRY LEVEL POSITION) The Packer Handler assures by visual inspection that all containers and lids are being manufactured and packaged according to Letica Corporation quality standards and guidelines in a safe and efficient manner. Inspect product to insure quality. Complete assembly of product by flaming containers and lids when required, installing gaskets in lids and handles in containers as required while keeping up with the production machines cycles and stack and pack product. Other duties and/or jobs as assigned.
