MULTIPLE POSITIONS AVAILABLE Letica Corp is seeking to hire the following positions: Shift Supervisor (Management) Tracking and directing all parts manufactured. Oversee production rate of skilled labor to monitor workflow, efficiency and quality. Issue corrective action notifications for program areas failing to meet the quality/ delivery expectations. Supervise, oversee, train, and direct all dept associates in their daily performance of job duties as it pertains to their productivity, quality of product manufactured, housekeeping and safety.

Assist the HR Manager in conducting counseling, written warnings, suspensions and discharges. Approve or deny vacation requests, time card verification, monitor attendance and taken disciplinary action if necessary, accident investigations and assigning daily work assignments. Other duties and/or jobs as assigned.

Molding Technician Start-up and troubleshooting, of injection molding machines and auxiliary equipment. Color changes as necessary. Maintain steady uninterrupted supply of colorant and material to the machines. Maintain foil supply on hot stamping equipment. Production demands may fluctuate and require a flexible schedule including weekends and overtime as needed. Must also be able to work any shift schedule. In absence of Shift Supervisor responsibilities are to directly lead the shift. Other duties and/or jobs as assigned.

Packer Handler (ENTRY LEVEL POSITION) The Packer Handler assures by visual inspection that all containers and lids are being manufactured and packaged according to Letica Corporation quality standards and guidelines in a safe and efficient manner.

Inspect product to insure quality. Complete assembly of product by flaming containers and lids when required, installing gaskets in lids and handles in containers as required while keeping up with the production machines cycles and stack and pack product. Other duties and/or jobs as assigned.

Warehouse Loader Loading/unloading semi-trailers and other various trucks. Ensure that products are neatly packaged, wrapped/palletized and labeled correctly. Ensure that all products are stored in the warehouse according to the customer specifications. Responsible for keeping the warehouse clean, neat and orderly.

Previous forklift driving and semi-trailer loading experience required. Must be capable of lifting up to 50 pounds, have good communication and organizational skills, be detail-oriented, and have basic computer skills. Other duties and/or jobs as assigned.

Warehouse Material Handler Responsible for keeping products neatly packaged, wrapped/palletized and labeled correctly. Ensure that all products are stored neatly in the warehouse in the designated rows according to the customer & Letica’s specifications. Responsible for keeping warehouse clean, neat, and orderly ensuring that forklifts are properly maintained. Supply production and Secondary Dept. with raw materials. Communicate with warehouse and production supervisors daily. Knowledge of proper loading procedures to assist loaders when needed. Give breaks to Packer Handlers when needed and maintain their machine. Previous forklift and warehouse experience a plus. Other duties and/or jobs as assigned.
