MULTIPLE POSITIONS AVAILABLE Letica Corp is seeking to hire the following positions: SHIFT SUPERVISOR (SALARY EXEMPT) Tracking and directing all parts manufactured. Oversee production rate of skilled labor to monitor workflow, efficiency and quality. Issue corrective action notifications for program areas failing to meet the quality/delivery expectations. Supervise, oversee, train, and direct all dept associates in their daily performance of job duties as it pertains to their productivity, quality of product manufactured, housekeeping and safety. Assist the HR Manager in conducting counseling, written warnings, suspensions and discharges. Approve or deny vacation requests, time card verification, monitor attendance and taken disciplinary action if necessary, accident investigations and assigning daily work assignments.

MAINTENANCE MECHANIC W/EXPERIENCE IN HYDRAULICS Responsible for inspecting, servicing, troubleshooting and repairing all plant equipment assigned to him/her, responsible for installing and removing molds and inserts. Must follow a systematic process for accomplishing preventive, scheduled and emergency equipment maintenance. Knowledgeable of industrial electricity (all phases and voltages), mechanical, electrical, pneumatic and hydraulic operations, troubleshooting techniques, blueprint, schematic analysis and proper use of tools and diagnostic equipment. Be responsible for identifying equipment deficiencies which affect quality control, wear and tear and excess costs. Molding Injection Experience Required.

MOLDING TECHNICIAN Start-up and troubleshooting, of injection molding machines and auxiliary equipment. Color changes as necessary. Maintain steady uninterrupted supply of colorant and material to the machines. Maintain foil supply on hot stamping equipment. Production demands may fluctuate and require a flexible schedule including weekends and overtime as needed. Must also be able to work any shift schedule. In absence of Shift Supervisor responsibilities are to directly lead the shift.

PACKER HANDLER (ENTRY LEVEL POSITION) The Packer Handler assures by visual inspection that all containers and lids are being manufactured and packaged according to Letica Corporation quality standards and guidelines in a safe and efficient manner.

Inspect product to insure quality. Complete assembly of product by flaming containers and lids when required, installing gaskets in lids and handles in containers as required while keeping up with the production machines cycles and stack and pack product.

Must fill out application on job site between the days/hrs of Mon-Fri 7am-3pm at 58231 Old Portland Rd Warren OR 97053
