Anniversaries– 5 years!

Nutrition Corner The over-eating season is upon us, and with it comes post-mealtime sleepiness, gas, bloating, cramping, heartburn, acid reflux, and general digestive disorder & discomfort associated with food sensitivities & over-eating. Digestive enzymes are a great way to reduce these symptoms as well as the symptoms of other health issues associated with deficient digestive enzymes in the gut that may include obesity, arthritis, depression, allergies, autoimmune disease, eczema, acne, and chronic fatigue, to name just a few.

There are detox kits and other supplements to support this. ● Take the steps needed to manage the stress in your life. Exercise, sleep, massage and stress support supplements will help.
