WFH Survey: Concerns Remain
Following last week’s (8/9) look at how companies and stations are approaching a potential return to the office (read here), Country Aircheck conducted a survey gauging industrywide preferences and attitudes towards the ever-evolving work environment. The findings show employees are thriving in the new workspace, even as significant hesitancy remains regarding in-office work and event attendance. Among the 400 respondents, 50.8% (203) identify as male and 38% (152) work within Radio Programming/Air Talent/ Operations, followed by Records at 21% (84). Other categories include Artist Management (8.5%), Marketing/Promotion/ Distribution (7.8%) and Publicity (4.8%). The majority of participants are mid-level (49.2%), followed closely by Executive/ Senior (41.9%).
