Trevor Heathcote’s entrepreneurial spirit showed signs at the tender age of 5 when he used to collect the eggs from the chickens in the garden in the morning and then take the eggs into school to sell to his teachers! Countrystyle Material Recycling Facilities (MRF) The Countrystyle processing and recycling facility is one of the largest operations, serving Kent and the Southeast. With the benefit of excellent transport links to the rest of the UK and Europe. The facility has the capacity to process over 365,000 tonnes of waste every year and promotes a low carbon closed loop economy for its customers. The materials recycling facility (MRF) is set-up to segregate waste materials into their individual material streams and prepare them for onwards recycling or fuel generation. Countrystyle continues to significantly invest in the latest technology and infrastructure to improve segregation, processing, and decontamination of single stream and mixed recyclable materials, which include:

Skip and RoRo Hire Countrystyle Recycling provides fully integrated Skips and Roll-On Roll-Off containers for all commercial or industrial waste. These include open and enclosed Skips, RoRos in a wide variety of sizes and 35yd Compactors. Countrystyle will support your business by providing a complimentary waste management audit and recommendations on waste stream segregation which will reduce both waste collection fees and costs.
Collection and Processing Service We can collect segregated wastes such as general, rubble, soils, plasterboard, timber and scrap metal. This is processed at our own recycling facility in Kent and provides our customers with the reassurance that all wastes streams are treated compliantly and become part of a low carbon circular economy.

The purpose built facility repurposes 100% of received plasterboard waste, using the latest technology and has the capacity to produce over 120,000 tonnes per year of reprocessed gypsum that meets the standard set out in PAS 109: 2013. Countrystyle offers your business responsible, professional, and sustainable closed looped plasterboard processing solutions across the UK. Wood Processing Countrystyle’s dedicated wood processing facility based in Ridham, Kent is able to sort all grades of wood, producing a range of shredded wood products supplying the panel board and energy markets. Wood waste is collected by Countrystyle’s own extensive fleet or delivered directly to the dockside in Ridham, Kent. The facility has the capacity to process over 100,000 tonnes of wood per year for both the domestic and European energy markets. Materials we accept: Local Authority HWRC and WTS Wood Waste

Dry Mixed Recycling (DMR) With substantial investments in leading technologies and infrastructure, Countrystyle has developed one of Kent and the Southeast’s largest processing facility. The evolution of the main Ridham Dock site has enabled Countrystyle to receive and process our customer’s recyclables collected on Countrystyle’s fleet including Dustcarts, Roll-on-Rolls offs Skips and Artics. These are delivered to our DMR MRF, either as source segregated single waste streams such as paper and plastic bottles, or as co-mingled dry mixed recyclables. Here they are mechanically and positively picked into the following recyclable streams of cardboard, aluminium cans, steel cans, white paper, mixed paper, plastic bottles, and film.
