Our reps know that if they help their clients reach their financial security goals, they in turn will reach their goals. As an agency manager, helping my reps achieve their goals ensures I’m able to reach mine.
We are very passionate about making a difference in our clients’ lives and the communities we serve. We accomplish this by educating our clients, recommending appropriate amounts of coverages, and putting together sound financial plans. Putting our products and services into a household always puts them in a better position than before.
Advice to Reps
• Know your “why” – why are you in this career and what are your goals? Whether it’s a vacation home or a comfortable retirement, figure out what you need to do to achieve them.
• Take an interest in the personal lives of your clients. If you’re in leadership, make it a priority to connect with your people. That means consistent face-to-face meetings and listening to them.
I love collaborating with my reps to help them grow their businesses. Whether it be analyzing cases, conducting joint sales appointments, leading study groups, or business and goal planning. It is very gratifying seeing them achieve success!
Being the National Champion means a lot to me and the entire agency. It’s the ultimate team accomplishment in any given year. Successful people want to do business with successful people. Being the National Champion Agency will just confirm in our clients’ minds that they are doing business with the right people.
