Since 2004, we have aimed to make New Jersey healthier by supporting nonprofit organizations that expand access to health care, remove barriers to good health and improve health equity to increase opportunities for everyone to achieve their best health, no matter who they are or where they live.
COMMUNITY SUPPORT 180 Turning Lives Around is a nonprofit organization that empowers survivors of domestic violence and sexual assault by providing free, confidential services including 24/7 hotlines, counseling, legal advocacy, emergency shelter, transitional housing, and support programs for children and families. Parker Family Health Center provides free medical care to uninsured and underinsured Monmouth County residents with annual household incomes at or below 300% of the Federal Poverty Level.
