“I will praise thee; for I am fearfully and wonderfully made: Marvellous are thy works; And that my soul knoweth right well
Do you know that you are wonderful!? That God 'fearfully', respectfully, carefully made you? If you knew how important you were, you'd think more of yourself and know 1) He wants more for you and 2) know that you deserve more!

Week 2
You are now in Week 2 of your progress Yes, progress! You may have noted the color changes on the pages for week two In this week, we have given you a new AFFIRMATION to say in addition to week one ' s affirmation When you know how much someone(especially God) is concerned with you, you feel valued Feeling and knowing your value is KEY in your life
Trust the Process
Some of you are thinking of throwing in the towel You think you still don't see anything changing in your life In fact, you may think something has gotten worse Maybe, with the change in you(because you ARE changing) some things have been removed, distanced, etc. Stick with it! Pruning a tree to bear good fruit, sometimes has to have things removed to help it grow healthier and stronger.
Journal It
You will note a little space given now for you to write down your thoughts a little more. This will help you formulate what is in your mind; good, bad, or ugly and get it out. The reason we waited to do this in week 2 is because we wanted to give you the tools on how to handle these thoughts first.
Stick With It
You may have a few blank pages in here. That's ok. Go back and do them. This will slowly become something you will become more comfortable with. We know it takes time, it's a process. Just stick with it!
