SourcePoint is Delaware County’s leading provider of services and programs for adults age 55 and better. From essential in-home services like Meals on Wheels and personal care to a wide range of engaging programs offered at our enrichment center and throughout the community, we empower individuals to live independently, stay active, and thrive. We also support caregivers with resources that strengthen well-being for the entire care network.

Honoring Our Past, Shaping What’s Next At SourcePoint, we believe every person 55 and over deserves the opportunity to live well, stay connected, and thrive.

This year was especially meaningful as I celebrated 30 years with SourcePoint. I’ve had the privilege of witnessing our organization grow alongside this community—adapting, innovating, and remaining deeply committed to supporting older adults and caregivers in Delaware County.

The impact reflected in this report is made possible by you.

total visits were made to the enrichment center I have found SourcePoint to be a very welcoming, comfortable, and supportive place to be—a real gem.

The staff and members are very friendly and offer a respite from the cares, at times, of being an older adult.
