We use Royal Mail Tracked 24 which aims to deliver within 24 hours of despatch and delivers every day except Sunday. We also offer a Priority Despatch Service for an additional cost which guarantees same day despatch for orders placed before 2pm Monday to Friday. Please call or go online for details. We don’t despatch at weekends or on public holidays.

If you wish to return or exchange a product, we offer FREE UK returns via the Post Office. Call or visit cosyfeet.com/returns for more information. Alternatively, you can arrange for Royal Mail to collect your return from your home address at a small cost per parcel. Visit send.royalmail.com/collect/youritems to arrange the collection.

Individuals who are chronically sick or disabled can claim VAT Relief on Cosyfeet Extra Roomy Footwear and products showing ‘without VAT’ prices. VAT Relief is controlled by HM Revenue & Customs. They say a person is ‘chronically sick or disabled’ if they: • Have a physical or mental impairment that has a long-term effect on their ability to carry out everyday activities • Have a condition that doctors treat as a chronic sickness (e.g. diabetes) • Or are terminally ill If you are unsure, please ask your medical advisor, as we are unable to give medical opinions.
