1. Competitors are not allowed to use copyrighted elements such as Disney, Warner Bros., Marvel, etc.
2. All artwork must be completed and finalized by the competitor prior to the competition day.
3. Competitors may only submit work they have created by hand.
4. Tips can be either purchased or handmade. If the tips are hand made, they must have the same proportions and C-curve as commercial tips.
5. All entries must be presented at the time scheduled by the organizer and must remain at the competition venue until the competition has officially closed.
6. It is the competitor’s responsibility to pick up their work at the designated time and place.
7. The work must be presented on a black base unless specific competition rules or requirements indicate otherwise.
8. If a display exceeds the allowed size, the competitor’s entry may not be displayed or could receive a 5-point deduction, at the discretion of the head judge.
9. Signing or adding markings on or inside boxes for absentee design submissions is prohibited. Only the organizer has the right to mark the design box with a sequential number.

Harmony of colors, color combinations, contrast, and clarity of the design, selection of colors and their balance.
Originality of Idea and Theme
Execution - 10 points
The work should stand out with a creative approach to the theme. Did the artist manage to create a unique style?
Quality of Execution, Cleanliness, and Precision of Design - 10 points
The design must be readable and clean. The quality of fine elements, their accuracy, and detail are evaluated.
Balance - 10 points
The ability to arrange design elements on the nail and their filling. Evaluation of balance, overcrowding, or emptiness.
Overall Composition - 10 points
Evaluation of the overall integrity of the design, its dynamic flow, and the development of the storyline. The ability to envision a cohesive design across all tips is assessed.
Level of Difficulty - 10 points
Evaluation of the variety of techniques and methods used in the design, and the mastery of those techniques.
Penalty Points - 10 points
Penalty points are assigned for not following the theme or the rules of the competition.

Each Round total of two rounds 30 entries each round.
Barbers will be given 40 minutes to execute a Total Look of Wardrobe, Color, Cut, & Style.
• Cut must incorporate scissors and clippers.
• Pre color is encouraged for total look (can range from natural to vivids)
• Competitor can create any design, without a reference point such as paper, cell phone, tablet, etc.
• Competitor can create any design using his/her skill and imagination only.
• Creativity with good taste is encouraged
