The radiant Charlotte Cardin shines as both a gifted vocalist and a masterful storyteller. Now, Charlotte now makes her entrance to the beauty world with L’Oréal Paris. L’Oréal Paris welcomed the incredibly talented Charlotte Cardin as part of the family in 2025. As a new ambassador to the brand, Cardin embodies the brand’s mission of empowering women and affirming their own worth unapologetically.

Spring is looking bright with shocks of color, celestial shimmers, and glossy finishes. No matter your preferred pigment, there’s an emphasis on wearability. Blurred, softened lips instead of heavy liner. It works on every colour. Ultra-pigmented lipsticks that stand out even further against a backdrop of velvety, natural-looking skin. Colour returns to the mouth with conviction, rich plums, fiery reds, glossy berries, and high-impact stains brings a major resurgence of dramatic lips. No matter your preferred pigment, there’s an emphasis on wearability. Today’s bold lip focuses on boldness with comfort.

Exclusive interview with Bubble founder Shai Eisenman to find out more about the story behind the brand, the process behind launching a new skincare brand.
BY VÂNIA AGUIAR

You started your journey very young. Can you tell us about that beginning?
I started my beauty advisor journey at 15 and began working full time at 16, in very adult environments. I was learning, working, and growing up all at once. Being the youngest person in the room forced me to build confidence through effort, not titles. I learned how to take responsibility early, how to listen carefully, and how to earn trust by showing up consistently. Those years shaped the way I work and lead today, with resilience, humility, and a deep respect for hard work.
Why did you start Bubble? What problem were you trying to solve?
I started Bubble because the mass skincare aisle had been stuck in the past for far too long. Innovation had been reserved for prestige, while mass was left with outdated formulas, a lack of emotional connection, harsh ingredients, and confusing messaging. At the same time, younger consumers were becoming more informed and intentional about skincare, but the products available to them didn’t reflect that shift. Bubble was created to modernize mass skincare and democratize access to dermatologist-developed, clinically effective formulas. We focus on skin health, education, and transparency, without intimidation or unnecessary complexity. The goal has always been to make great skincare accessible, not exclusive.
Did you see a clear gap in the market for younger consumers?
Yes. There was a significant gap between aggressive, outdated acne products and expensive prestige skincare that wasn’t built for young skin at all. Younger consumers are thoughtful and informed, but the industry wasn’t meeting them with products that respected the skin barrier or encouraged great simple, healthy routines. Bubble was created to bridge that gap.
You often say Bubble was built with its community. What does that mean in practice?
It means we listen first. From day one, our community has been involved in shaping Bubble, from product development to education and messaging. We take feedback seriously and use it to guide decisions. Our customers aren’t just users of the brand, they’re collaborators in how it evolves.
How did Bubble build such a strong, engaged community?
By being consistent and honest. We focused on education, transparency, and real conversations rather than hype. We showed up where our audience already was, listened carefully, and responded thoughtfully. Trust takes time, and we were patient in earning it. Our community has almost 100K members -and it is the heart and soul of the brand.
Why is skincare especially important for Gen Z and younger consumers?
This generation is thinking about skincare earlier than ever before, which comes with responsibility. Skincare shouldn’t be about perfection or aggressive treatments, it should be about building healthy habits, supporting the skin barrier, and understanding ingredients. Our goal is to help young people develop a positive, long-term relationship with their skin.
What are your personal skincare non-negotiables?
It really does feel like choosing a favorite child. I use Bubble every single day, not because it’s my company, but because I trust what we’ve built.
My routine starts with a gentle cleanser, Soft Launch or Fresh Start, because protecting the skin barrier always comes first. I follow with Water Slide Hyaluronic Acid Serum and Cosmic Silk Milky Toner for deep hydration and balance, then Power Wave as my barriersupporting moisturizer. And daily mineral SPF is non-negotiable. I love these products because they represent our philosophy. We don’t chase trends, and we never settle. We keep pushing until we believe we’ve created something that truly deserves a place among the best in the industry.

The return of the bare skin look seems universal. Gone is the flashy makeup, which has given way to effortless, healthy-looking beauty. This season, we celebrate simple and natural beauty. The face becomes more real, more alive, without filters and smoothed finishes. Fresh, radiant and silky skin, well-hydrated cheekbones... we display our skin like a fresh canvas, simply cleaned, soothed, enriched with a hint of light as if returning from a weekend at the beach. Also on trend are deep blue and warm brown, with some more unexpected shades adding a touch of modernity, without making the look heavy. Worn alone on bare skin or combined with more bold makeup, they allow for a new freedom of expression. We add a little intensity but keep it light and comfortable. On the lips, we apply hues that are opaque, satiny and full of character, and that brighten up a tanned complexion, standing out as a modern alternative to classic red.

The new Clarins heartstopping Lip Comfort Oil is infused with goodness, packing a powerful punch in the smallest of bottles. NEW PHA BARRIER RECOVERY CREAM
This is my go-to recommendation for anyone dealing with post-procedure recovery, seasonal sensitivity or environmental stressors. It will immediately calm reactive skin, while strengthening the moisture barrier. The 12% PHA blend gently exfoliates, while Petrolatum and Hyaluronic Acid seal in lasting moisture. You must try this balmy recovery cream for a reliable solution whenever your skin needs a reset!

MANDELIC CLARIFYING CLEANSER
The best cleanser I’ve ever used is Mandelic Clarifying Cleanser. As a person with oily skin, I always thought that I needed an aggressive, sometimes physically stripping product to cleanse my skin, but that’s not true! Its lipophilic properties allow it to penetrate into pores for a deep cleanse, maintaining my skin clarity and radiance.

With biotech rapidly influencing beauty, skincare is shifting from surface-level fixes to ingredients that support skin at a deeper biological level. Enter exosomes, the biotech-driven ingredient gaining traction in both aesthetic clinics and highperformance skincare. Once reserved for postprocedure recovery, these microscopic messengers are now emerging as one of the industry’s most intriguing regenerative innovations.
“In skincare, exosomes are especially notable for their regenerative and anti-inflammatory properties, making them valuable in enhancing the skin’s natural repair processes,” says Dr. Eunice Park, a double board-certified facial plastic and reconstructive surgeon. “They help with fading fine lines, reducing pigmentation, smoothing and plumping the skin, and so much more,” she told Vogue. So, what exactly are they? Exosomes are extracellular vesicles naturally released by cells. Think of them as biological couriers delivering proteins, lipids, and growth factors that help regulate how neighboring cells behave. In the body, they facilitate communication that supports healing and regeneration. In aesthetic medicine, they’re frequently applied after microneedling or laser treatments to

accelerate recovery and amplify results. Their growing popularity reflects a larger movement toward regenerative beauty. Consumers are increasingly prioritizing barrier health, recovery, and long-term resilience over aggressive treatments. Exosome-infused serums are often paired with peptides, ceramides, and hydrating ingredients to reinforce that repair-focused approach.
Of course, it’s worth noting that the most compelling research to date comes from in-clinic applications, where delivery systems and penetration are optimized. Innovation in topical exosome technology is advancing quickly, bringing regenerative concepts once limited to clinics into everyday skincare. Exosomes are becoming synonymous with next-generation performance.
Ultimately, these cellular messengers signal a turning point in skincare, one where longevity, repair, and cellular intelligence replace quick fixes. If barrier health defined the last era of beauty, regenerative communication may define the next.

CLINICALLY PROVEN: 3 YEARS OF YOUTHFUL RADIANCE REVIVED.1
A REVOLUTION IN COMPLEXION

In an era that consumers are redefining haircare loyalty, seeking authenticity, transparency, and sustainable innovation. Justice Haircare is powered by award-winning formulations where products are designed by stylists, combining the credibility and performance with accessibility. Davis Mathie COO of the brand tells us all about it.
BY VÂNIA AGUIAR
How and where did the Justice Haircare brand get its start?
Justice Haircare was founded in Australia, born from the professional salon world and inspired by the relaxed, coastal lifestyle of Cronulla Beach, Sydney. Created by stylists, for stylists, the range was trialled and tested by more than 3,000 professional stylists across Australia before launch, ensuring real-world performance and reliability from day one.
Is the brand considered professional or is it distributed directly to consumers?
Justice Haircare is a professional grade brand operating through a distribution model. The philosophy has always been simple salonquality haircare that doesn’t cost the earth. The goal was to create a professional brand that the whole world could enjoy delivering salon results without the premium price barrier and making it accessible through retail and direct-to-consumer channels.
How did Justice enter the Canadian landscape and why?
Canada was a strategic and natural next step for the brand. The market is highly educated, values quality haircare, and has strong pharmacy and mass-premium retail channels. As Justice Haircare continues to gain momentum internationally, Canada offered the right balance of scale, sophistication, and long-term growth opportunity.

The brand appears to have a broad distribution strategy in Canada—was this intentional?
Yes. Canadian consumers discover and purchase haircare across multiple channels, and Justice Haircare was designed to meet them where they already shop. The aim is to build national awareness while maintaining consistent brand messaging, performance, and quality across all points of sale.
Who is the target consumer?
The target consumer is globally consistent: people who care about how their hair looks and feels, want visible results, and value quality without unnecessary complexity. While messaging may adapt to local climates or shopping behaviours, the core consumer remains the same worldwide.

What are some of the core products consumers can’t live without?
The brand’s hero products focus on everyday essentials such as repair, hydration, scalp health, and maintenance solutions that address real hair concerns and become part of daily routines. These are the products customers return to because they consistently deliver results. Our Smooth and Groom Wearable Treatment sells once every three minutes, every single day. .
What’s next for the brand?
Justice Haircare is focused on thoughtful, strategic growth deepening its haircare offering and exploring adjacent categories that align with the brand’s performance-led philosophy. Any future innovation will remain true to the brand’s core values: results, simplicity, and accessibility. The world is our oyster, and we want the whole world to enjoy Justice Haircare.
