Shipping Policy Orders are shipped out directly from any of our warehouses and they will do everything they can to get you your order as fast as they can!

Return Policy Refund & Return Policy At corvidsindia.com, we believe that customer satisfaction is key; therefore, we stand behind all products bought at our site. If you receive a product that falls within the below-mentioned criteria, please contact us within 7 days of delivery as return and refund requests are taken up only within this time period.

If an order has been shipped and returned for whatever reason, a one-way shipping charge will be deducted from the refund amount unless the return case falls under the above-mentioned return criteria.

Standard Return Policy: We believe you will be thrilled with the products you purchase from the Corvids Store. That’s because we go out of our way to ensure that they’re designed and built to be just what you need. We understand, however, that sometimes a product may not be what you expected it to be. In that unlikely event, there are a few important terms to keep in mind when returning a product, you purchased online from the Corvids store: •You have 7 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.

•Only items that have been purchased directly from corvidsindia.com online can be returned.

•Our support team will contact you to ascertain the product’s damage or defect before issuing a refund or replacement.

•Customer will be asked to share images for our team to review the return request in case of any damage/defect within 3-5 days of receiving the parcel.

•Once the return request is approved by our support team, our courier partner will be aligned to pick up the order as per your prescribed date and time, subject to availability. Once a reverse pickup request has been generated, our courier partner will make a max of two attempts to pick up the order. If the order is not handed over to the courier partner for any reason (packet not ready, not at home, etc.), the return request will be forfeited and your request will be denied.

Refund Policy: Refunds will be through bank transfers. No cash refunds will be made. It would take our team at least 5 to 7 business days post-refund to be initiated.

In case of NEFT, it would require us at least 3 to 5 business days post refund initiation to refund your amount. For Prepaid orders, the amount shall be credited to your account through which the payment was done. It may take 7 to 10 business days for the amount to reflect in your account.
