HOME REPORT

Regardless of the path you choose, in order to sell a home in Scotland you must get a Home Report from an established Chartered Surveyor.

A Home Report is a full and detailed analysis conducted by a specialist property surveyor to ascertain the value of your property as it stands. This is then used by lenders on behalf of those looking to a purchase a property as part of the mortgage process.

The Home Report will also identify any issues with the property and presents then via a scoring system ranked 1 - 2 - 3. Again, our sales team will manage and coordinate this on your behalf and ensure that the surveyors are fully aware of all aspects of your property to allow them to complete an accurate report.
