On Sept. 14, district leaders, Board of Trustees and Cullen Place staff celebrated a new chapter of history during the Cullen Place Elementary School ribbon cutting ceremony. “I am delighted for the students, teachers and staff who have the opportunity to learn, teach and work here,” Superintendent Dr. Roland Hernandez said. “It took collaboration to get where we are today, and I’d like to thank those who helped get us here.” The new campus was made possible by Bond 2020. “Thank you to everyone who has played a role in making Cullen Place Elementary School a reality,” Principal Steve Barrera said.
