Keep your email signature block looking sharp!
To foster a united and professional district identity, we’re streamlining our email signatures. It’s a small change that makes a big impact!
While personal touches like quotes, backgrounds or images of personal achievements are fun for our personal accounts, we kindly ask that you follow the official format for your work email. Thank you for helping us maintain a consistent, professional image.
For a refresher on CCISD’s approved email signature, we’ve created a template that you can access. Once you open the link, simply copy the template and paste it directly into your email signature editor in Outlook.
Please reference our Brand Style Guide if you have any questions regarding our brand. Thank you for doing your part to keep our district looking its best!
