Electronic W-2 forms available
Electronic copies of 2025 W-2 forms are available on Employee Online. You may access the form via Connect.ccisd.us, using the same process you follow to retrieve your employee pay stub.
How to access the forms:
• Go to: Connect.ccisd.us
• Click on: Staff Login
• Log in using your CCISD credentials
• Click on: Employee Information
• Click on: Employee Timesheets and Pay
• Select option: Pay Stubs (Employee Online)
• Click on: Menu
• Click on: Payroll Information
• Under “Tax Forms” column, click on “W-2”
In this section you will find your current W-2 along with those from previous years.
H.R. 1 (called the “One Big Beautiful Bill”) created a rule “No Tax on Overtime” that let’s workers deduct some of their overtime pay from their taxes. This amount will be listed on your 2025 W-2 form in Box 14 as “OT”. If you have any further questions, please contact your tax advisor.
If you requested the district to mail you a paper copy, they will be mailed via the US Postal Service to the address on file by January 31, 2026. If you have any questions, please contact the Payroll Department at 6957339 or payroll@ccisd.us.

There’s a lot of great “gossip” going around… and this time, it’s all good!
Our Positive Gossip campaign is all about celebrating the incredible moments happening across our district. Gossip ranging from inspiring teachers and standout students to exciting campus events.
We’ve already shared stories like a mother-daughter teaching duo at Rose Shaw Elementary, a Solomon M. Coles High School teacher featured in The Bend Magazine, and a Mary Carroll High School student who saved a life using CPR.

2026 Dr. D. Scott Elliff Scholarship and Teacher Fellowship Award information
Dr. D. Scott Elliff Scholarship Award
Looking for financial support to help complete your college degree or teaching certification? The Dr. D. Scott Elliff Scholarship Award was established to support CCISD staff who are attending classes to earn a college degree to become an educator or, if a degree has already been received, the need to obtain a State Teaching Certification. The scholarship award amount is $500.
Teacher Fellowship Award
Do you need Professional Development Training for Pre-AP or AP this summer? The CCISD Teacher Fellowship Award funds registration and some travel expenses for CCISD teachers to attend College Board approved professional development courses in Pre-AP or AP at summer institutes or seminars in Texas. Awards vary depending on requests, up to approx. $1,500.
