Catch the wave to Convocation happening on Aug. 4 at the Hilliard Center! We can’t wait to kick off another fantastic school year.
Come ready to celebrate the start of the school year by showing off your campus and department pride. Bring the energy with matching shirts, tropical attire, pom-poms, posters and a wave of school spirit!
What to know before you go:
• Doors open at 7:30 a.m.
• The Hilliard Center has a clear bag policy
• Free parking: Lots 2,3 and 10. (Bus parking: Lot 5).
• Each campus and department has a designated seating section.

There’s a lot of great “gossip” going around… and this time, it’s all good!
Our Positive Gossip campaign is all about celebrating the incredible moments happening across our district. Gossip ranges from inspiring teachers and standout students to exciting campus events.
We’ve already shared stories like a mother-daughter teaching duo at Rose Shaw Elementary, a Solomon M. Coles High School teacher featured in The Bend magazine, and a Mary Carroll High School student who saved a life using CPR.

2026-2027 prep: Does your email signature meet district guidelines?
All schools, departments, and district offices are required to use the standard CCISD email signature template, as shown in page 15 of the Brand Style Guide. In keeping with the aim of presenting a unified and professional image, employees may not incorporate personal quotes, backgrounds or logos of other organizations into their email signature.
