Electronic W-2 forms available

Electronic copies of 2025 W-2 forms are available on Employee Online.

You may access the form via Connect.ccisd.us, using the same process you follow to retrieve your employee pay stub.

Office of Communications shines at TSPRA Awards

How to access the forms: • Go to: Connect.ccisd.us • Click on: Staff Login • Log in using your CCISD credentials • Click on: Employee Information • Click on: Employee Timesheets and Pay • Select option: Pay Stubs (Employee Online) • Click on: Menu • Click on: Payroll Information • Under “Tax Forms” column, click on “W-2” In this section you will find your current W-2 along with those from previous years.

H.R. 1 (called the “One Big Beautiful Bill”) created a rule “No Tax on Overtime” that let’s workers deduct some of their overtime pay from their taxes.

This amount will be listed on your 2025 W-2 form in Box 14 as “OT”. If you have any further questions, please contact your tax advisor.

If you requested the district to mail you a paper copy, they will be mailed via the US Postal Service to the address on file by January 31, 2026.

February Above the Line winners CCISD has a Leadership Definition, which we use to select Above the Line employee of the month winners. District leaders recently announced Above the Line employee of the month winners! Honorees were surprised at their work locations with the announcement they were selected. Nominate someone who goes Above the Line.

Janida De La Rosa, Baker MS, Teacher Janida De La Rosa follows the definition by Empowering Minds. Mrs. De La Rosa prioritizes growth and resiliency for every sixth-grader in her classroom, general education and bilingual students alike. Students learn to take ownership of their reading and writing by setting goals, reflecting on their progress and celebrating their wins.

Mrs. De La Rosa promotes shared accountability by fostering a collaborative classroom culture where students respect diverse perspectives, support one another’s growth, and understand the uniqueness of their peers.

Patricia Luera, Data Clerk, Haas MS Patricia Luera follows the definition by Empowering Minds. As the data clerk, Ms. Luera played a major role in the 2 to 3 percent increase in Haas attendance from last year to this school year. Collaborating with administration, she established procedures that hold teachers accountable for attendance taking, work with parents who struggle getting their kids to school, and the students who are coming to her for daily sign-ins. Ms. Luera consistently goes above and beyond to support her team and, most importantly, student learning.

Dr. Lauren Smith, District Library Media Specialist Dr. Lauren Smith follows the definition by Shaping the Future. In total, Dr. Smith coordinated the renovations for 22 school libraries. She collaborated closely with librarians—ensuring that every detail reflected the school’s identity. In every aspect of this project, Dr. Smith served with intent and purpose. She didn’t simply complete a project—she cultivated relationships, inspired others through her enthusiasm and elevated the learning environment for students and staff alike. Through her leadership, Dr. Smith continues to shape a culture of purpose, positivity and pride that resonates throughout the district.

Wasan Abu-Baker, Substitute, Veterans Memorial HS Wasan Abu-Baker follows the definition by Shaping the Future. Mrs. Abu-Baker is a champion of positive culture. Students and staff alike greet her with genuine happiness whenever they see her, a clear reflection of the positive impact she has on the VMHS community. She is constantly engaging in meaningful conversations with students, checking in on their needs and offering support whenever needed. Mrs. Abu-Baker is highly regarded at our school not only for her professionalism, but for the care, consistency, and positivity she brings into every classroom she enters.
