COVID-19 TESTING AND VACCINES CCISD encourages everyone age 5 and older to get vaccinated against COVID-19. For vaccine and testing sites, visit Nuecesknows.com. CCISD is partnering with the Corpus Christi-Nueces County Public Health District to offer COVID-19 vaccines for ages 5 and up. Parental consent is required for students under the age of 18. Congratulations, January Above the Line winners!
Superintendent Dr. Roland Hernandez recently announced the January 2022 Above the Line employees. Three honorees were surprised at their work locations with the announcement they had been selected. Nominations are always open for Above the Line employee recognitions. Nominate an outstanding employee today! Suzanne Lybarger, Counselor at W.B. Ray High School Suzanne is a bundle of energy and always has a smile on her face. She has truly gone above the line to put students first and make sure they are successful in the classroom. Suzanne has stepped up to help support the counseling team.
Ester Longoria, Lead Custodian at Montclair Elementary School Ester is the most hard-working and professional custodian most of us have ever seen. Her primary concern is the safety of our students. Their safety contributes directly to their academic growth, and Ester plays a big part in that. Laura Chavera, Assistant Principal at Meadowbrook Elementary School Laura has blessed us with her positive energy, beautiful heart, organizational skills and willingness to get things done. She is always there to offer help. She empowers the staff and students. She meets with students often about their progress and goals.
