We frequently receive questions about passwords.

Please use the information below to answer your questions as well as help coworkers and any parent calls that may come your way.

• For employees: Forgot/locked out because you need to change your password? Visit my.ccisd.us and follow the prompts to change your password.

• For students and parents: Having trouble logging on to Home Access Center or Canvas? You may login to https://my.ccisd.us to reset passwords and click on Canvas or other applications as needed There are two ways to reset your Home Access Center / Canvas account password if you forget it: Canvas uses the same username as HAC with the exception that you must add @ccisd.us to the end of your username (Ex: g-jdoe@ccisd.us).

Go to the Home Access Log in page 1. If you forgot your password and remember your challenge questions, you can click the Forgot My Username or Password link in the Home Access Center Login screen. Answer your challenge questions correctly and you will be prompted to change your password; or 2. Contact your student’s campus and ask the office staff to reset your account. Please note that by resetting your account, the system will delete the old information and you will have to reclaim your account, set up new challenge questions and establish your new password.

Use the username and password created to log into the Home Access Center, eSchoolPlus Family App and Canvas and Canvas Student/Parent App. Please note: If you are not able to reset your account on a mobile device, please try using a desktop/laptop computer.

Information and assistance regarding Home Access Center and Canvas are available on ccisd.us. If you continue to have difficulty, please contact your home campus.

Password Reset Information Resetting Your IP Phone Password, Greeting, and Voicemail Name Your password has been reset to 654654#. To change your password, press the messages button on your IP phone. Enter your password 654654#; a message will prompt you to change your password.

Enter your new password.

You will be prompted to setup your voicemail name and set your greeting.

See the IPT Quick Reference guide for additional information on operating your IP phone. Please contact the Help Desk at 878-3911 if you need assistance with password or greeting resets.

Password expired? Forgot password?

CCISD requires all employees change their password every 60 days to protect student and staff digital information.

If your password expires or you forget your password, Password self service is available for all employees 24 hours a day 7 days a week from any device. at https://my.ccisd.us.

Canvas Video Parent Series CCISD is providing videos to help support parents and students that use Canvas. For answers to your Canvas questions, please review this video series below.

The Home Access Center is a portal provided to CCISD families to get student information online.

This resource is also available in Spanish.

During these anxious times, we all appreciate a little extra kindness.
