Electronic W-2 forms available Electronic copies of 2025 W-2 forms are available on Employee Online.

You may access the form via Connect.ccisd.us, using the same process you follow to retrieve your employee pay stub.

How to access the forms: • Go to: Connect.ccisd.us • Click on: Staff Login • Log in using your CCISD credentials • Click on: Employee Information • Click on: Employee Timesheets and Pay • Select option: Pay Stubs (Employee Online) • Click on: Menu • Click on: Payroll Information • Under “Tax Forms” column, click on “W-2” In this section you will find your current W-2 along with those from previous years.

H.R. 1 (called the “One Big Beautiful Bill”) created a rule “No Tax on Overtime” that let’s workers deduct some of their overtime pay from their taxes.

This amount will be listed on your 2025 W-2 form in Box 14 as “OT”.

April Above the Line winners CCISD has a Leadership Definition, which we use to select Above the Line employee of the month winners. District leaders recently announced Above the Line employee of the month winners! Honorees were surprised at their work locations with the announcement they were selected. Nominate someone who goes Above the Line.

Isabella Ramirez, Kaffie MS, Teacher Isabella Ramirez follows the definition by Developing Hearts. Ms. Ramirez creates a space where students and colleagues feel supported and valued. Her actions reflect a servant-leader mindset rooted in compassion.

By embracing leadership opportunities and supporting a cohesive team culture, Ms. Ramirez is helping lay a strong foundation for continued growth for students and staff.

Joanna Spinney, Child Education Center District Supervisor Joanna Spinney follows the definition by Empowering Minds. Ms. Spinney is continually seeking ways to enhance both the quality of facilities and the strength of curriculum. She actively encourages professional growth among her staff, challenging them to expand their skills.

When a team member is absent, Ms. Spinney steps in to fill the role herself, ensuring that children and families continue to receive care.

Brenda Rodriguez, Sr. Admin Assistant to Director, Student Support Services Brenda Rodriguez follows the definition by Empowering Minds. Ms. Rodriguez pours her heart into the work she does each day. She has a genuine desire to grow in her role and is always open to learning. Even in challenging moments, she remains positive and committed to supporting her team. Her dedication, strong work ethic and willingness to grow truly sets her apart.

Health Fair showcases wellness, resources

The 4th Annual Health Fair brought together wellness, community, and student performances in one place.

Staff and families gathered inside the Mary Carroll High School Arena this past weekend for an opportunity to connect with vendors offering medical, dental, and wellness resources, among others.

The event also featured student performances that added energy and a sense of district pride. Thank you to everyone who helped make this event a success.

Did you know CCISD offers free Pre-K to our full-time employees and eligible students? Learn more about our Pre-K program during a registration event at 9 a.m. Saturday, April 18. Our Pre-K program has certified teachers and paraprofessionals in each classroom and free and tuition-based opportunities at all CCISD elementary campuses for 3 and 4 year olds. Ready to learn more?
