SUSTAINABILITY & SOCIAL RESPONSIBILITY 100 MILL 02/23/2022

CIS SUSTAINABILITY CIS, along with our subcontractors, strongly believe in making a conscious effort to be sustainable. CIS and our installation partners contribute to sustainability by promoting products that support green initiatives for our clients and recycle the excess product and waste that we encounter. We take the following steps in promoting waste management on site. •

Our biggest impact occurs during installation as product delivered and installed at Qwick is unboxed and unwrapped on-site.

•

All boxes and packing materials are then loaded onto trucks and brought back to our warehouse to be recycled.

•

The trucks are unloaded and the shipping materials (cardboard, Styrofoam, shrink wrap, plastic, paper, etc.) are deposited in a co-mingled compactor.

CIS SOCIAL RESPONSIBILITY Enhancing the community is an ongoing mission of CIS. Throughout each year we contribute to multiple non-profit organizations across the Valley with toy drives, events, and monetary contributions. In February of 2018, CIS organized our first cornhole tournament, Bags & Brews, to benefit A New Leaf’s after school program. With 160 participants and 45 sponsors, everyone enjoyed a beautiful day of competition, good food, craft beer and raised $13,000. Our fourth annual Bags & Brews was held in February 2022 and it was a great success – allowing CIS to continue contributions to A New Leaf! Since 1971, A New Leaf has provided assistance to those most in need in our community, helping families, children, and adults overcome the challenges they face. In addition to benefiting from CIS’ annual Bags & Brews event, CIS Vice President of Sales, Kara Johnson, sits on the board as an active member, helping influence strategic goals and objectives of the organization.

•

Compacted into five tons, Friedman Recycling Companies brings an empty container and takes the full one when the containers are filled.

•

Friedman separates the materials and sends a report back indicating the quantity of the contents. We in turn send the report to the appropriate LEED consultant, calculating credits for Qwick.

Additionally, within the CIS office, we are committed to staying digital by using cloud-based storage systems and working to reduce our paper consumption by 50%. As the equipment in our office becomes too obsolete for our purposes, we donate them to schools. Additionally, our building is outfitted with bamboo floors and LED light bulbs – to reduce our global footprint as much as possible.

HAWORTH SUSTAINABILITY Sustainability has been a long-held company-wide value at Haworth, and the organization thinks beyond their business with a collective purpose to make the world better. The drive toward sustainable, healthier solutions also support clients in achieving their own sustainable goals. Haworth products contribute to a wide range of credits for customers seeking LEED or WELL Certification. More than 95% of its products are GREENGUARD Indoor Air Quality and/or BIFMA level certified for lower emissions. Most of Haworth’s wood products are offered standard as FSC certified, and with only a few exceptions, most Haworth product is manufactured locally for the market it serves - in the US for customers in North America, in Europe for European customers, and in Asia and India for the Asian Pacific market - resulting in lower fuel emissions.

Sustainability Memberships and Organizations include:

HAWORTH SOCIAL RESPONSIBILITY Haworth helps support the communities in which it does business and continues to support the 10 principles of the UN Global Compact with respect to Human Rights, Labor Rights, AntiCorruption, and Environmental Protections. Haworth actively engages with the communities where it’s located globally, and their environmental and social stewardship projects are numerous and varied. Haworth values the richness that diversity brings to their workforce – it makes the company better and the communities they serve stronger. Diversity A sum of how people are both alike and different. Haworth recognizes and embraces the value that these differences offer. Equity Takes differences into account to ensure fair processes and ultimately fair outcomes. Equity recognizes that some groups are disadvantaged and tend to be under-represented or marginalized in many institutions. Thus, Haworth works to increase diversity by ameliorating conditions of these disadvantaged groups. Inclusion An environment in which all individuals are treated fairly and respectfully; are valued for their distinctive skills, experiences, and perspectives; have equal access to resources and opportunities; and can contribute fully to the organization’s success. Volunteering in the Community Haworth members all over the world engage with their communities to support local non-profit agencies. Activities include everything from collecting donations to volunteering on-site, hosting events, fundraising, and making face masks during the coronavirus pandemic.

From a global standpoint, the Michigan Manufacturing Association was asked by the State Governor to assist during the COVID-19 crisis. Haworth offered their sewing capabilities for cloth mask production and partnered with a local supplier to create a mask prototype that healthcare workers could use over N95 masks to extend the use of these limited supplies. Haworth leveraged this capability at additional plants in Bruce, Mississippi and High Point, North Carolina, and within 10 days, masks were delivered to frontline healthcare workers. Meanwhile, Haworth’s plant in St. Hilaire, France, had also been making masks for the community and the Chennai, India manufacturing site was producing them to support police personnel in the area. Additionally, Kids Food Basket in Allegan, Michigan moved to a new permanent location, allowing them to expand and support more schools. But they needed more furniture. Working with its members at the Haworth store, the organization was able to get used product within their budget. Haworth’s installation team found every item on their list and even updated fabric options, making sure everything was high style and high function. It only took four hours to make sure everything was set up perfectly and Haworth ended up donating all the product to Kids Food Basket. Two organizations apart of Haworth’s family of brands, JANUS et Cie and DZINE, also regularly contribute to their communities. During its 2020 annual meeting, JANUS et Cie encouraged individual participation in various community programs to support youths in transition and DZINE hosts one to two events each month for free to both the public and partnering organizations as a philanthropic effort for the architecture and design community

Great Expectations You have them as a Haworth customer and so do we. And because we value our customers, we cover our products with this Product Compatibility and Limited Warranty Policy. OUR COMMITMENT TO PRODUCT COMPATIBILITY – INTEGRATED PRODUCT PLATFORMS As a market leader in the design and manufacture of workspaces that adapt to change, we strive to maintain product compatibility within our various generations of integrated product platforms. This benefits the customer who desires to update or modify their work environment. It also benefits the customer needing to replace a product due to damage or other reasons, but which is no longer manufactured or is otherwise unavailable, such as a fabric or finish that is discontinued because of changing market preferences. In both circumstances, we often can provide products with comparable function and performance. OUR COMMITMENT TO PRODUCT QUALITY – THE HAWORTH NORTH AMERICA LIMITED WARRANTY To ensure customer satisfaction and peace of mind, we stand behind our products with the following Haworth North America Limited Warranty (“Limited Warranty”). What Products are Covered? This Limited Warranty applies to new products manufactured by Haworth, Inc. or Haworth, Ltd. In order to preserve the integrity and longevity of our product, Haworth has established certain care and maintenance standards for our fabrics and finishes. Two important reminders: when using any cleaning agent, we recommend that a small, inconspicuous area be pre-tested for colorfastness before cleaning the stain. And in the case of overall soil condition or a large-scale stain, you should contact a professional furniture cleaning service for cleaning recommendations. Important! Improper cleaning and maintenance of any material may result in the voiding of the material warranty.

Polyurethanes ..................................................................... 3

Maintenance for Any Material

Noble (Faux Suede) ............................................................ 3

• No material is immune from stains or soiling. • Lack of cleaning or improper cleaning will shorten the life span of items such as fabrics, faux leathers, and leather. • Treatments such as Nano-Tex® do not eliminate the need for routine cleaning and proper maintenance. • The Longer a stain remains on any surface, the more difficult it will be to remove. Address any stain as quickly as possible. • Removing any cleaning residue is an important part of the cleaning process, and one that is often overlooked. All cleaners, even mild ones, leave behind a residue that can be harmful to the surface if not thoroughly removed (usually through clean water).

General Recommendation for Environmental Cleaning Procedures to Reduce Interior Environmental Impacts • Minimize the amount of cleaning chemicals used since excess chemicals result in rapid re- soiling. • Use of Green Seal Certified Cleaning Products. Green Seal is awarded to products that work well and have less impact on the environment. • For general maintenance cleaning, consider using vacuums with high efficiency particulate air (HEPA) filtration to trap airborne particles and keep them from affecting the indoor air quality. • Use no or low VOC cleaning products. Consider detergent based products compared to those containing solvents, where possible.

Woven/Olefin ...................................................................... 5 1

Care and Maintenance Standards

• Consider extraction processes where appropriate to remove excess chemicals and water to maximize cleaning results. Extraction can also help reduce chemical levels in the indoor environment. Spot extraction may also reduce the chances for over-wetting of fabrics and resulting water stains. • Choose cleaning products with no or low levels of dyes or fragrance. Dyes and fragrance do not generally improve cleaning results and can cause allergic reactions in people with sensitivities to chemicals. Some dyes could cause staining on fabrics. • Consider choosing biodegradable cleaning products. • Environmentally preferable ingredients for cleaners include surfactants containing terms such as lauryl, amides and glycosides. • Not recommended are products containing ammonia and alcohols.

Nylon Content Fabric

Polyester or Olefin Content Fabrics

Seating Meshes

• These fabrics are colorfast when using standard wet and dry processes and are also resistant to most spotcleaning solvents. • Oil or grease spots will respond to mild solvent or dry cleaning agents. A blotting technique should be sufficient to remove most spots. • Accumulated dirt and grime spots can be removed with a mild detergent or upholstery shampoo. Rinse well with a clean sponge to remove traces of the water-based cleaning agent, but do not soak the substrate, if possible. Fabric will dry very quickly. • Avoid excessive brushing or rubbing to prevent pilling of the fabric surface.

• Most meshes can be cleaned with a vacuum. • If some soiling does occur, use a mild detergent (10%) and water solution. Support the mesh with a clean towel on the back, and gently apply the cleaning solution. Use gentle circular motions. Once clean, remove any residue with clean water and a clean towel (still supporting the mesh) and a clean white cloth. • Do NOT use a heavy bristle brush as this may damage the fabric. • Do NOT use excessive heat while cleaning.

Wool Content Fabric

Vinyl

• Dry (solvent) cleaning methods are preferred: waterbased products may cause shrinkage. • Oil, grease, and general dirt spots should respond to a mild, dry cleaning solvent. Use a blotting technique. Rubbing the fabric may lead to surface abrasion. • Should an unacceptable degree of surface distortion – such as pilling – result from spot- cleaning, you may realign the fabric fibers using a standard handheld steam iron. Use the ‘wool’ setting, with steam, to press the affected fibers back into place.

• These fabrics are colorfast when using standard wet and dry cleaning processes and are also resistant to most spot-cleaning solvents. • Dry soils: vacuum surfaces regularly to prevent sand, dust, ash, and dry dirt from being worked into the fabrics. • Wet soils: use commercially available water-based upholstery detergents to clean mud, spills, food, and so on. Follow directions on package. • Oily spills: grease, tar, greasy foods, and the like may require cleaning with a solvent cleaner or solventfortified detergent. Follow directions on package. • A blotting technique should remove most spots. Avoid brushing or rubbing to prevent pilling of the fabric surface.

Seating Faux Leather • Wipe regularly with clean water and a damp, clean, soft white cloth. • General cleaning can be done as needed with a mild (10%) detergent and water solution. Always rinse with clean water and dry. • For heavy soiling, dampen a soft white cloth or soft bristle brush with a one to one (1:1) solution of Fantastic® and water or Formula 409® and water. Use care as scrubbing can damage the surface. • More difficult stains can be treated, but this should be occasional, not daily, cleaning. ANY cleaning solution used must be removed with clean water and a clean white cloth. Cleaning residue left on the vinyl can cause it to dry out and crack or affect the color. 2

Care and Maintenance Standards

o

o o

For more difficult stains, dampen a soft white cloth with a solution of household bleach (10% bleach / 90% water). Rub gently and rinse with a water dampened clean cloth to remove the bleach concentration. It is important that all bleach residue be removed as this is the primary cause of surface cracking. DO NOT use solvent-based cleaning agents; they can remove plasticizers from the vinyl making it brittle and can cause cracking. DO NOT use any cleaners with corrosive ingredients (such as lye or acids) or ammonia.

Polyurethanes • Refer to ONLY the top 3 steps listed under ‘vinyl’. Cleaners for heavier soiling should NOT be used as this can damage the material. Noble (Faux Suede) • Daily maintenance with a lint brush will help maintain the ‘suede’ nap on the fabric. Occasional vacuuming followed by a gentle dusting with a damp, clean, white cloth is recommended. • Spot cleaning can be accomplished with a paper towel until absorbed. Dried-in soiling requires a light brush or vacuum of the area. If soil is still not removed, you can try wiping the area with a damp (lukewarm water), clean, white cloth working from the outside of the stained area in. • Oil based stains should be wiped up as much as possible with a dry cloth or paper towel. Try not to spread the stain. Pat the stained area with a clean white cloth soaked in ethyl alcohol from the outside in and pat the loosened dirt and oil off with a clean, dry cloth.

Leather • For general maintenance, dust the leather surface just as you would furniture. • Most stains can be removed with lukewarm water and a mild soap. Then wipe the leather with a damp cloth and dry with a soft, dry cloth. • Saddle soaps, polish, or wax should never be used. • Leathers with a specialty finish or a ‘sueded’ finish should be professionally cleaned.

Laminate • For general cleaning, use mild detergent and warm water. If the surface becomes stained, use a nonabrasive cleaner. After washing, rinse with warm water and dry with a soft cloth. • For Haworth standard laminates, use spray cleaners such as Glass Plus or Windex for general cleaning. For heavier cleaning of fingerprints or food oils, use soap and water with a soft bristle brush, rubbing in a light circular motion. • For the premium (Grade B) laminates, use a dry microfiber cloth (such as Libman’s) to remove fingerprints. Do not use soap or water.

Markerboard Laminate • When a markerboard laminate needs to be cleaned because of erasing (ghosting) problems, we recommend that you use Quartet® Re-Mark-Able Conditioner and Cleaner. The surface should then be wiped with soap and water and a clean cloth. • Sanford Expo Dry Erase markers are recommended for use on our markerboards. Sanford White Board Cleaner can also be used. • Ink should be completely dry before erasing. Attempting to erase wet ink can lead to excessive smearing and ghosting.

Wood Furniture To maintain our wood furniture, you should pay special attention to the wood surface and finish. Careful maintenance is necessary to protect your investment. Special Precautions • Haworth wood products are finished with a water based UV cured finish (EcoShield). All finishes are designed to protect wood surfaces against most common spills of inks, perfumes, nail polishes, nail polish removers, and beverages if removed immediately with a damp cloth. • To protect the wood surface, protective desk pads must be placed under all writing areas and business machines. • Extreme heat and humidity can be harmful to wood furniture. Do not place products in direct sunlight, near radiators or air conditioning vents, humidifiers, fireplaces, etc. Always use coasters under hot objects, such as coffee pots and cups. 3

Care and Maintenance Standards

Regular Maintenance • Regular dusting will help avoid build-up of dirt and grime that can dull the finish. Use a damp cloth and follow the grain of the wood. Water should not be used in excess amounts when cleaning, nor should it ever be allowed to stand on wood surfaces.

Wood Trim and Skins Regular Maintenance • Regular dusting will help avoid build-up of dirt and grime that can dull the finish. Use a damp cloth, following the grain of the wood, and wipe dry. • Avoid using any cleaners containing any form of abrasives or corrosive agents. • For more thorough cleaning, use a mild detergent and wipe dry with a lint free cloth.

Painted Steel Furniture • Files, cabinets, and pedestals require minimum maintenance. Clean all surfaces with lukewarm water and a mild soap as needed. After washing, rinse with water, and dry with a soft cloth. • Slide mechanisms need no lubrication. All mechanisms have been pre-lubricated at the factory to last for the life of the product.

Painted Steel Trim • Painted metal/steel trim requires minimum maintenance. Clean with lukewarm water and a mild detergent as needed. After washing, rinse with clean water on a soft cloth, and dry with a clean soft cloth.

Seating Plastics (shells – including arm caps, bases and Very Tetro) • Warm water and a mild detergent (10%) solution will remove most soiling. A soft bristle brush can be used to remove heavier dirt. Always use a clean white cloth and clean water to remove any residue. • Do NOT use a hard bristle brush as this may damage the surface of the plastic. • Do NOT use oil-based cleaners.

Polyethylene (Hoop table) • Mild soap and water should remove most dirt and soiling. Rinse with clean water when done to remove any soapy residue. • For more difficult stains, use a damp Magic Eraser®. Remove any residue with a clean damp cloth.

Metal • Warm water and a mild detergent will remove most spills and scuffs.

Stone • Stone should be washed with clear, lukewarm water, and cleansed thoroughly about twice a year with a mild detergent solution. • Some stones may require periodic re-sealing of the surface.

Systems Glazed/Glass & Walls Glass • Straight glazed systems panels have ¼” tempered safety glass. Use any good glass cleaner and a soft cloth to clean the surface. • For either systems or walls glass, you can also use a mild solution of ammonia, water, and a few drops of mild liquid soap. Apply with a soft cloth and remove excess with a squeegee or wipe dry with a clean, lint free cloth.

Translucents (PREMISE/Moxie) or Systems Acrylics • Use warm water, mild detergent, and a soft sponge, cloth, or chamois to clean the surface. • Stains can be removed using 3M Finesse-It compound according to the manufacturer’s instructions. • Do not use glass cleaning products, acetone, gasoline, benzene, lacquer thinner, chlorinated solvents, gritty abrasive scouring compounds, or alkaline cleaners to clean the surface as damage will occur. • Remove any oil residue left behind from solvent cleaning with detergent and water. • Never scrub the surface as damage may occur.

Care and Maintenance Standards

Moveable Wall Wallcoverings Any stains should be removed quickly as permanent damage can occur. Work from the outside of a stain moving inwards. Always carefully rinse a wallcovering surface after cleaning with clean water to remove any residual cleaning agents. Avoid saturation. Dry the surface with a soft, lintfree cloth or towel using a blotting motion. Vinyl • Remove common dirt or smudges with a mixture of mild soap and warm water. Use a soft cloth to wash the area, rinse with clean water, and dry with a lint-free cloth. A soft bristle brush may be needed if there is a surface texture to remove dirt from crevices. • Do not use abrasives or steel wool as this will damage the surface. • Do not use solvent cleansers.

Non Vinyl (Sustainable) • Blot wet spills promptly with an absorbent cloth or polyester sponge. • Remove common dirt or stains with a mixture of mild soap and warm water. Use a soft cloth to wash the area, rinse with clean water, and dry with a lint-free cloth. • Do not use solvent cleansers. • Do not use firm bristle brushes of any kind.

Woven/Olefin • Brush dry stains off with a soft nylon brush. • Blot wet stains with an absorbent cloth or polyester sponge. • Remove common dirt or stains with a mixture of mild soap and warm water. Use a soft brush if necessary, to loosen dirt from crevices. Rinse with clean water, and dry with a lint-free cloth.

ENVIRONMENTAL ATTRIBUTES

All OFS and Carolina products have achieved SCS Indoor Advantage Gold Certification from SCS Global Services. Indoor Advantage Gold certification is SCS Global Services’ highest level of indoor air quality performance for furniture. The certification assures that furniture products support a healthy indoor environment by meeting strict chemical emission limits for volatile organic compounds (VOCs). To be certified, products must be tested by independent labs for compliance with the ANSI/BIFMA X7.1, and either ANSI/BIFMA e.3 or CDPH/EHLB Standard Method V1-1 for VOC emissions of concerns.

level® is the multi‑attribute, sustainability standard and third‑party certification program for the furniture industry. It has been created to deliver the most open and transparent means of evaluating and communicating the environmental and social impacts of furniture products in the built environment. Taking into account a company’s social actions, energy usage, material selection and human and ecosystem health impacts, level addresses how a product is sustainable from multiple perspectives. With level, customers can make informed choices about commercial furniture that exceed single attribute ecocertifications. The level brand identifies that a product has been vetted by an independent third party certifier and its numeric marking 1, 2, or 3 indicates what threshold of certification it has achieved. Manufacturers—big and small—now have a methodology to present the environmental characteristics in a clear, easily understood manner with a vernacular that gives end users the ability to make an “apples to apples” comparison.

SCS Global Services [SCS] has been providing global leadership in third‑party quality, environmental and sustainability verification, certification, auditing, testing, and standards development for three decades. Its programs span a cross-section of industries, recognizing achievements in green building, product manufacturing, food and agriculture, forestry, power generation retail, and more. SCS is accredited to provide services under a wide range of nationally and internationally recognized certification programs. Consistent with its mission, SCS is a chartered benefit corporation and Certified B Corp™, reflecting its commitment to socially and environmentally responsible business practices.

The FSC® standards [Forest Stewardship Council®] represent the world’s strongest system for guiding forest management toward sustainable outcomes. us.fsc.org FSC certified products are manufactured with material that comes from managed forests that are traceable from the time the logs are cut to the time the final project is installed and are recorded by way of a COC or chain of custody claim on all invoices. The demand for certified forest products has grown significantly in recent years. OFS’ and Carolina goal to act as a responsible steward of the environment encouraged us to pursue our FSC Chain of Custody [COC] certification which would provide our customers (Dealer, A&D Community and End-users) the added reassurance they’ve done their part to be earth friendly in their product purchase and enable them to substantiate the LEED [Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design] Materials & Resources Credits for certified wood, in which the intent is to encourage environmentally responsible forest management. FSC certification is optional on many, but not all, OFS’ and Carolina product lines. Please contact OFS or Carolina Customer Service for information in regards to which of our product lines are available as FSC certified, and what the necessary procedures are for ordering FSC certified products from OFS and Carolina.

OFS’ and Carolina company‑owned transportation company, Styline Logistics, is SmartWay‑certified. SmartWay is one of U.S Environmental Protection Agency’s [EPA] clean air programs that uses voluntary, rather than regulatory methods, to achieve air quality benefits. SmartWay’s focus is in the transportation sector, and encompasses products and services associated with fuel‑consuming engines.

The “Premium Indiana Forest Products” brand tells everyone that there is an abundant, sustainable supply of the finest Indiana hardwoods to meet consumer demand. It also tells them that Indiana’s forests are well‑managed, legally‑harvested and environmentally responsible. The logo is reflective of the wood itself. Indiana hardwoods display a depth that defies imagination.

Product care guide

Wood care Careful craftsmanship combined with our Euroluxe® finish makes your new OFS wood furniture incredibly durable, and with proper care your furniture will provide beauty and convenience for years. All OFS Brands products undergo rigid color-match procedures to ensure the best in color consistency. • Dust frequently using a soft, damp, clean cloth, wiping with the grain. • Remove liquid spills immediately, using a blotting, rather than wiping motion. • To clean, use a glass cleaner formulated with ammonia. Apply a small amount to a soft dry cloth and wipe in the direction. of the grain. Dry with a soft cloth. Do not use furniture polish containing oil or silicone. • Avoid prolonged exposure to direct sunlight, high humidity, extreme heat or cold, and moisture.

Laminate care • Avoid prolonged exposure to direct sunlight, high humidity, extreme heat or cold, and moisture. • Dust frequently with a soft, damp, clean cloth or mild detergent solution. Avoid using chemical or abrasive cleaning compounds. • To avoid build up of cleaning agents, rinse the laminate surface with warm water and wipe with a clean damp cloth.

Seating care • Dust exposed wood parts frequently using a soft, damp, clean cloth, wiping with the grain. • To clean wood, use a glass cleaner formulated with ammonia. Apply a small amount to a soft dry cloth and wipe in the direction of the grain. Dry with a soft cloth. Do not use furniture polish containing oil or silicone. • To clean leather and vinyl upholstery, use a warm, damp cloth to restore a bright finish. For stubborn stains, use a moisturizing soap. Remove lather with a damp cloth, but do not rinse. Buff with a dry cloth. • For fabric upholstery, use a damp cloth to wipe up spills. For tougher stains, contact your local OFS Brands dealer forcleaning instructions. • Avoid prolonged exposure to direct sunlight, high humidity, extreme heat or cold, and moisture. • The components of your OFS chair, such as controls, casters, and understructure, require “common sense” care and cleaning as necessary. • Activate chair mechanisms periodically to ensure proper function of moving parts.

Metal care Chrome Bases/Surfaces • Use products for metallic surfaces. Do not use ammonia or chemical solvents. • Apply with a clean soft cloth. • After application, dry the surface with a separate clean soft cloth. Stainless Steel Bases • Use products with Perchloroethylene or Vaseline Oil. Do not use abrasive or corrosive products. • Apply the cleaning product directly on the stainless steel surface and wipe, using a clean soft cloth in the direction of the satin. Recommended Cleaner • CIF Cream by Unilever

Marker boards Laminate Surface • Decorative laminates should be cleaned with a particle free, clean, non-abrasive, damp cloth. Mild soap and water or mild liquid detergent can be used. • Do not use: solvents, abrasive cleaners, steel wool, powder soap, harsh chemicals, acids or alkaline cleaners. These products may cause scratching and/or surface discoloration. Glass Surface • Clean as normal with a soft cloth and mild, non-alkaline detergent using moderate pressure. • Detergent must be free of silicone and other polishing additives that may leave a residue causing streaks to form. Abrasive and causticcleaners are not to be used. • Excessive pressure or hard scrubbing motions may damage the painted frost glass surface. • Wipe glass surface until dry; liquids left on the glass may cause staining.

Product care guide

Corian solid surface care • Washing with soap and water is usually sufficient to remove surface dirt or stains. • Ammonia based liquid cleaner (not window cleaner) may also be used. Always rinse surface thoroughly and wipe dry. • Drying is an important step, preventing a build-up of soap film or cleaning residue, which can create the appearance of light scratches over time. • Stubborn soap film or cleaning residue build-up in Corian® is easily removed with abrasive cleanser and a white Scotch-Brite® pad or a sponge. • For darker colors, a polish may be used to enhance the shine. For areas where there may be food contact, always use a polish formulated for food contact areas, such as Countertop Magic®. Where food contact is not a possibility, a simple furniture polish may be used. Always follow the manufacturer’s instructions for using the polish and for safety concerns.
